TechSpace – NoMad

When I booked the Chelsea Room at TechSpace Nomad on LiquidSpace 2 weeks ago, I was blown away by the amount of attention to detail this office and team weilds. From the minute I walked in, Kimberly (community manager) was very warm and welcoming. She offered me candy and popcorn which was an unexpected treat! See photo.
TechSpace NoMad is prime Manhattan class all the way. It is in a convenient location on 28^th St and has premier office space coupled by a luxuriously modern work environment. I loved the unique design elements, lightning speed wifi, tech-​equipped conference room, and 50+ office suites with COOL (friendly) tenants. This community rocks and since I hear this upscale coworking /​shared workspace is the go-​to for successful entrepreneurs, tech innovators, established start ups and all around good people.
Brendan McGee and Kate Spikler are unbelievably professional/​polite, courteous community builders. They made sure to show me around and give me the royal treatment (which was unexpected!). They seem like experts in all areas of the luxury coworking field they dominate. Kate was wearing a super cool Asian inspired outfit, which seemed to reflect the super cool space.
Great prices on hourly/​daily rentals and huge, massive windows have views of the empire state building. I was thrilled with my experience and I will definitely be back!

My company has been a tenant at this site for the past few three years. We have had a great experience and highly recommend them.
