Went in for leather watch band and was easy fix with reasonable choices. Great price too… Would recommend for sure.

These guys are excellent! The«no big deal» service providers that are the gold standard for me. Went two days in a row with a few simple things-add holes in belts, reattach a decorative buckle to a boot. Done while I waited in 5 minutes! Came back the next day with a new bag that I was going to return if the strap couldn’t somehow be lengthened. Rafael figured out how to do it in seconds which involved removing a buckle, sewing it back on and punching more holes to make it adjustable. All told, not more than $ 10, a very fair price. As an aside, saw a woman bring in a pair of Chanel shoes and who was NOT charged Chanel prices. If you find personality lacking, it’s due limited ability to speak English, not rudeness in my opinion.

They did a good job with my shoes, but the owner of the shop is a difficult guy. He insisted on knowing exactly what day I was coming back to pick them up, which I couldn’t answer. He insisted, so I said I’d be in the following Monday. Maybe. When I finally came to pick them up a week late, he badgered me and started telling me that I was a week late and he tosses shoes after a period of time, etc, etc. It had only been a few weeks. I told him I didn’t want to fight with him. Customer service deserves a negative grade, but his actual work was good. I just never want to deal with him again.

I actually went here to get a new band for my watch. The gentlemen was rude and the band broke after two weeks. It was a poor customer experience and for a band that I needed for a fairly expensive watch, it didn’t work out at all.

I’m new in this neighborhood and looking for the businesses with excellent reasonably priced services. I brought my much-loved Birkenstocks to Rafael and in 1 hour, he made them look wonderful! New half-soles and cork treatment — couldn’t be happier. He’s my new cobbler :-)

You guys are great! I highly recommend. I had a pair of very expensive heels and the back of the heel got messed up. This place Idk what they did but it look as if nothing ever happened to these heels. Looked brand new. Thank you so much :)
