It doesn’t get much better than Dr. Tom Hom — his office is no BS, and you get the best cleaning I’ve ever experienced. He isn’t a dentist that will try to up-​sell you and tell you that you need things done like most other dentists do — he keeps it real, and you will be thankful you went down to Park Row for it!

His office is located near Chinatown in a sort of Co-​op complex on the ground floor. The front desk is mainly run by Chinese /​broken English woman. They weren’t terribly polite, but not rude either. The office is not state-​of-​the-​art. It looked like something from the late 80’s — early 90’s décor. My overall impression was that there was a lack of money to keep up the place but all the details were taken care of. There were no marks, or scuffs, or dirtiness that I could find anywhere. The place was clean… old fashioned but clean. I finally met with Dr. Wu and Dr. Hom. Dr. Wu is younger. He is a chubby man with a kind face. He was articulate, friendly, and honest. Dr. Hom came in. He is an older Chinese man, spoke perfect English, and also very friendly, trustworthy, patient, and eager to help. My opinion about this office is that it is A-​OK. While it falls short on the surface compared to competitors, it makes up for with character and charm.
