I went to this store a year ago or so when in NYC. The lady who worked there was so nice and helpful – I really enjoyed myself. I loved just looking(then buying) at all of the wonderful ribbons, patches, etc. I first learned of the store via The French General. Do yourself a favor and search out this store. I went there one day, then tried to find it the second day, and got turned around. It’s tiny, so you might get lost, too. The prices are a little high if you are used to Michael’s or Joann using coupons, but they stock unusual things that are gorgeous that you won’t find at those stores. Enjoy.

I made a special trip to visit this beautiful boutique. They have very high quality new and vintage trim, millinery fixings and some buttons. Places like this are disappearing fast. I love finding stores like this that stock beautiful notions for people who love working with textiles.

What a cute, cute store. I recently found out about them and had the pleasure to see the other store, which was soooo amazing(and probably really, really expensive rent wise). I won’t go into detail about the huge baskets of $ 5 ribbon or walls of trim and vintage lace, no. I won’t talk about the amazing bric a brac, beads, etc. No. I mean the place was huuuge. Ok. I’ll stop. I’ll talk about this shop. This shop is so cute with a good selection of ribbon for craft projects and decorating. I know it’s not the other store… sigh, because I’d love to just see all the things they have online in person. This store is smaller, but still well stocked. A good place to visit on your quest for ribbon and other(fancy) craft goods.
