United National Liquidators

I try to support my local businesses but this store is one of those stores that goes into the Do Not Bother List as well.
Store is big, has a lot of variety and have a lot of home goods you may not find anywhere else nearby or may be too expensive if you do find it somewhere else. They do have some items that are pricey here but not unreasonable. What makes me not like this store is the Employees! These girls literally act like they are on a pedestal, sweetheart your only 3 titles away from being another .99 store so please relax. Then they are not really informed about the items they carry and once I needed a new chess asap and when I asked about delivery to my house literally 3 blocks behind them, I was told $ 50 additional charge just to roll out to my building… oh as well as I let them know I live in the 1^st floor and did NOT need them to even put it together. Nope that did not phase them, still were charging an additional $ 50 just to roll it over to my house. I said forget that and was able to find a better chess from the Concourse and I was charge $ 15 for delivery and it’s the Concourse!
Then I experienced this dark skinned Dominican lady (Reminder: Im Dominican and African-​American) talking so much hatred behind me, ABOUT me (Guess she thought I was only American) … questioning why I was skimming through so many sheet packs and how I most likely don’t even have the money. Well 1^st, I’m trying to find a size KING and your ass should be assisting instead of talking SH*T and secondly, I’m not broke miss I just had bought $ 80 worth of stuff when I first entered and that was just products and detergent… Im still browsing!
Of course I had to get in that ass… both in English and Spanish and told her she can not be playing others on their skin color because she definitely isnt Shining Bright Like a Diamond! I try to stay away from this store as much as I can, I catch a headache everytime I visit. I only come here if I need something from the house and it’s not available in any other stores
