Probably the worst Vince Camuto store in the city. The selection is decent but the sales girls are impossible to deal with. I went in there a few times and requested my shoe size in a specific style. Instead of communicating to me that they don’t have my size in that style, they waste my time by bringing out a size 5 (when I’m a 7) and insist I try it on for color. I love Vince Camuto but their sales people need a lesson in customer service. Never walking in here again.

I have been in this store quite a few times and the staff is always very friendly but the shoes are hit or miss. Today, I needed black boots and hoped that Vince Camuto could help end my quest.
Unfortunately, Vince Camuto does’t always do it for me. Some of the shoes are super comfy and pretty, some of them are way too logo heavy and have WAY too much gold on them. The prices can be a bit high (but they do have really good sales). 4 pairs later, I will have to continue my quest elsewhere.
They have a decent selection of faux jewelry but it is not my taste — to each his own!

Wonderful customer service and beyond! I had an issue with a purchase — it was long and drawn out — but the staff and manager [Olivia] were beyond helpful and incredibly patient. The issue made me want to never shop the brand again, but after my interaction with the staff and manager, I’ll definitely be back to the UES/​3rd Ave location. Thanks!
