I presented to the office with low back pain and shoulder pain. It was pretty bad; I couldn’t sleep well. This stressed me out being that I was in able to enjoy my life like I used to. I was a little hesitant to get treatment as I’ve never had a massage or chiropractic treatment before but when I went to Dr. Kumars office I felt immediate relief. The treatment was very effective and I knew that I needed to fit this in my schedule because of how good I felt after. Dr. Kumar and his staff are very friendly and knowledgable. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend going to Vitality Health Medical if you suffer from any physical pain or whether it’s just for overall wellness.

After years of chronic back and shoulder pain, I finally decided to seek help and am so glad that I found this office full of warm and compassionate people. I go twice a week to receive physical therapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, and chiropractic treatment, all as a part of a treatment plan tailored to my needs. Vanessa, the physical therapist, is creative and patient – she never pushes too hard, just hard enough to get real results, and after just a short few weeks of working with her my foot feels much stronger. The massage treatment and acupuncture that follow are incredibly healing and relaxing, and Dr. Kumar always ensures that I leave feeling considerably lighter than I did before I arrived. They’re great about accepting insurance, and for anyone looking for ways of alleviating or managing aches and pains, I can’t recommend Vitality Health enough.

I have been seeing Dr. Kumar for almost a year. I waited to write this review in order to really feel sure about my evaluation. I came to Dr. Kumar with a serious neck issue from working at a desk too long. My first adjustment was great, he also had a massage therapist and she loosened my back and neck. A few weeks later he added a physical therapist and she has really helped. It wasn’t until I slept on my neck wrong, had no range of movement, when I realized the great work he was really doing. I scheduled an appt, and he massaged, and adjusted. The massage was intense, so it hurt the rest of the day, and when he adjusted, all my vertebrae popped. I woke up the next morning and it was amazing. I had residual aches, but I have never been able to get rid of a stiff neck so easily. He sweetly admonished me for not calling him on the weekend with the emergency, instead waiting until Mon AM. His staff is great, his office is wonderful and he will work with whatever insurance you have. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
