Good vegan«fast food». Nothing to write home about. I ordered«grilled cheese» as a side, assuming it was«fried cheese» that I had long ago, and it was pretty gross. Soft and fake looking/tasting. Apart from that I’ve had some good dishes.

The service is so slow. The food options were ok, but nothing spectacular. Many the options are things I could make at home. I’ve been to this location when it was a different restaurant. The environment is the same: small tables, not good for groups, better for takeout. One pro is they still order vegan treat cakes!

This cute, little vegan sandwich spot can compete with Terri and Blossom Du Jour! It may lack in atmosphere, but it’s a great place to pick up a quick bite to go. And the staff are very friendly. The bodacious burger is a pretty basic soy burger, but it’s tasty and you can choose to add a sauce, like spicy buffalo or spicy chipotle, to add more of a kick. Will definitely be back to work my way down the list of sandwiches too.

I came here twice on my NYC trip. A bit underwhelming. The food was good, just not quite good enough. The menu has a lot to choose from but unfortunately the flavors just weren’t there. It was definitely good food, but it felt as if something were missing. It just left me wanting a little more.

Cute adorable little place in midtown that you have to check out! Quick service and great tasting, what more could you ask for. I had them twice during my visit to NYC and I’m definitely coming back on my next visit. Their food is fairly priced and very good! The staff is super friendly and attentive to you and your needs. There’s not that much space to sit down and eat(there’s just like 5 chairs) so it may not be the best place for a lunch date. So keep that in mind. Overall, I have to say this is an awesome little spot. I’m glad I found it. I LOVED their Avocado Berry Smoothie! I’m probably gonna have this again tomorrow and every other time I visit.

Food is delicious!!! Still there as we speak… it is a gem in this neighborhood. The menu is so expansive with many different tastes… planning on coming back to try everything. Try the guacamole burger… guaranteed to please even skeptic meat eaters. Thier brown rice platters are pretty good… try the tofu teriyaki.

Some days I go full throttle on the gluten and dairy, and then other days I’m like«okay, enough with clogging the arteries, let’s be healthy.» and since I like to go hard or go home(or maybe just be dramatic?) I go all in. VLife allowed me to do just that. Their menu allows you to go health crazy, and you can make items dairy free or go super hard, and select GLUTENFREE.. for everything. I went gluten and dairy free crazy! With every box I checked to make each item I ordered ‘gluten free’ I felt healthier by the minute. I ordered their Savory Southwest Burger which consists of Mildly spicy tempeh bacon, homemade black bean patty, Romaine lettuce, grilled tomatoes, grilled mushrooms and Tapioca cheese. AKA a bean patty with fake bacon and cheese. and a coconut bubble tea(soy free) Verdict: They were delicious! Expensive, definitely — but delicious.

Oh my gosh, the food here is DELICIOUS! They have some basic vegan choices such as burgers and juices like what I’ve had back in California, but they also have other things that I haven’t had an option to get, such as peanut butter cake desserts, vegan walnut shrimp, barbecue items, and so much more. Their smoothies are the bomb dot com. I’ve only tried the banana colada, but I’m looking to try more, as I’m sure the rest on the menu are just as good. The service is good, but the place is small with only a few tables. It’s best used as a take out store rather than a dine-in. The girl cashier with glasses was very nice and patient with us as we made our choices. I will definitely stop by again the next time I’m in New York!

Great food — Got the v cheese quesadilla with the avocado mayo and it was delish Aside from massive heartburn(probably because I’m 8 months preggos) it was yummy and the price was fair . Will be coming back and recommend it !

I was walking minding my own business when I saw the word ‘vegan’ in chalk on their sign, and figured I might as well go in. I had no idea what to order, and hey had a minimum of $ 10 for cards, so I ordered BBQ wings and a lychee bubble tea. I took a bite and got freaked out thinking it was actually bone I bit into, and realized it was part of a chopstick. Needless to say it was really good — crunchy and a nice alternative to chicken. I’ll definitely stop by again.

The humble Hawaiian was good specially the fries the seasoning was the best part but a little spicy for me. Everyone is different on their spicy tolerance. The mega omega was the only thing I didn’t really like. It need it more flavor

I find myself coming here more and more frequently craving their French fries and the avocado quesadilla. So good! I have yet to get anything that I did not enjoy. The fries are delicious– both the regular and the Cajun. The«hotdogs» are pretty great too but they are a bit small for $ 3 each. They taste exactly like what i remember hotdogs tasting like. Even better actually. The easy v-cheesy wrap is really yummy as well as their burger options. I also ask for extra greens on the burgers because I’ve noticed they barely give you lettuce. Even though I’m eating unhealthy I still would like to feel healthy so more greens please! Haha. That goes for the wraps as well. I have yet to try any of their desserts but the lunch and dinner options are definitely well worth it.

PERFECTION! Let’s start with the service. So professional, courteous, and helpful. My delivery came ridiculously fast and the juices are a must. Not only did I enjoy my yummy food, but I FELT better after. I had energy and my stomach just felt amazing. You can’t beat delicious food that is healthy for you and gives you that FEEL good. Amen and hallelujah! Next time I’m in NYC I will have to come back for more.

Don’t think you can come here to have a relaxing sit down lunch with a friend. They only have about five mini tables and if they are even a little busy, expect to sit with a stranger. In addition to the lack of seating, the atmosphere is a bit grimy and not particularly appealing. Yet, I still wanted to try the food because they have a lot of great vegan options. I ordered the Easy V-Cheesy whole wheat wrap; it has soy protein, cheese, mushrooms, and lettuce. The menu said it came with sundried tomatoes but I didn’t get any. I make decisions based on each ingredient so you cannot fool me with an omission. I missed the tomatoes! The wrap was satisfying and I really liked the avocado mayo. However, lying about the tomatoes in addition to the atmosphere does not make me want to rush to try this place a second time. I also planned on trying one of their bubble teas. I changed my mind, though, when they said they could not make it unsweetened like other bubble tea places.

Best bubble tea in the city. I am not sure what is different about their bobas* but they are simply better then everyone else’s. *Obviously they are vegan but whatever they put in them makes them great.

For a casual, delicious, and healthy bite to eat. this little spot is perfect. I am a meat eater but love the occasional vegan meal. I highly recommend the black bean burger(add avocado!), and they have plenty of protein smoothie options. It’s reasonably priced, reasonably quick, and very tasty!

Full disclosure: I am a meatatarian and every once in a while I feel bad about the amount of steak I consume so I want to eat a veggie wrap of some sort. While walking to penn I saw this spot which used to be loving hut I think? I’ve only ever had bubble tea there which was not very good at all. In a hurry, I browsed what people ate and saw the eggplant wrap show up so I decided to take a chance. Um hello, this wrap is insanely delicious but like everyone says it’s super messy! Be prepared to be licking your fingers and be drenched in chipotle sauce, which isn’t the worst thing that could happen on a Wednesday lol. Order it now! You’re welcome.

Simple little spot with great dishes! Do you want healthy yet tasty? And in midtown? Vlife is a good choice. If you check many places are fast food and expensive without being quality food. And they have Bubble tea! BUT the tapioca was a but hard. Yuck for that I will give vLife 3 stars. They need to have fresh tapioca Small place. You could sit but they do have takeout and they deliver.

Being a newcomer, I was a bit overwhelmed at all the delicious sounding choices on the menu. I knew going in that I’d have to go here several times to appreciate all the items on the menu that I wanted to try. I ultimately decided on the BLT Bliss, Avocado Quesadilla, and Thai bubble tea. The Thai bubble tea is orange and sweet, and the bubbles are nice and gooey. The BLT Bliss was OK, but not for me. I got it with the mock meat, though they also have a tempeh version(which I thought was the standard version). It was a bit spicy for me, which is the main reason I didn’t care too much for it. Other than that, I think it was pretty decent with the fresh ingredients. Others would probably appreciate it more than I, and I don’t want to take away from something that was well made and just didn’t work for me. The avocado quesadilla was great, especially with the chipotle sauce I got with it :3 I didn’t eat in the place since I was on my way to Penn Station, but it is a bit cramped. My luggage and I basically took up the whole width of the aisle going from the door to the register. If I didn’t have luggage, it wouldn’t have been as bad, but there are literally like only a handful of small tables. Not for large groups. However, for my purposes, I was in and out, so it wasn’t as bad as it may have otherwise been. If you’re having lunch by yourself, and it’s not busy, there’s no big issue. The staff is friendly and double-checked with me to confirm my order’s accuracy. They use a tablet for signing after using my credit card, and I was able to easily get my receipt emailed to me(complete with a reminder of my awful signature LOL). I had to wait maybe 10 minutes(if that) from when I ordered to when I got my food to go. Overall, a great vegan place if you’re in the area.

Very small vegan spot in nyc where loving hut used to be. Convenient location ! Not good for groups and seems like it is popular for take out. I tried their new brown rice dish: Kung pao soy«chicken». It was ok. Honestly had better vegan Chinese food. I did like that there was brown rice option & kale. The sauce was kinda starchy and the faux meat substitute wasn’t my favorite in terms of texture. I would like to try some of their other dishes like their sandwiches perhaps. I also had a bubble tea. It was ok. Good«bubbles» and not too sweet but I thought it would be «milky» and have non dairy milk or creamer. Overall this is great for fast vegan food(with a good variety of options at a reasonable price) in a convenient location but I wouldn’t say it blew me away or anything.
