Service was OK, food tastes great as always. First time I’ve ever seen a fast food place categorize orders by guest names. I guess the fast food industry has been doing their homework haha. This is a welcome change, good idea.

Extremely rude. The cashier was taking my order, didn’t even look at me, then walked away from me while I was speaking to converse with another employee. I understand how boring this job is, I’ve worked in fast food; but I’ve never been that rude. They will never get another red cent from me. By the looks of it, they don’t care either.

Worst Wendy’s experience. Went about 7pm and they had a really long line and only one cashier. No sense! People werent friendly and made it obvious they don’t want to be there. Never again!

I appreciated that service was quick and the girls working had a system going. Although this Wendys is usually packed during Lunchtime, i was impressed by how quick i got my meal. I was disappointed when i got to my office and didnt have napkins, but hey, mayne they simply forgot. Otherwise, my meal was delicious. I had the BBQ Ranch Salad.

Not the best Wendy’s. Not enough place to sit and not clean. Service could be a little bit faster as well. But hey. It’s still Wendy’s right? My favorite is always the spicy chicken filet.

I don’t eat fast food so this review might NOT help you. Pros: –Brightly lit and pretty fast service –Surprisingly clean and line moves fast -$ 1 Iced/Hot Coffee any size(Small/Medium) Hint: Medium is HUGE!!! Cons: –I hate fast food Staff are young but they know what they’re doing and they’re pretty fast and efficient too UNLIKE the staff at McDonalds that take 10 minutes to get your order in. Mad props to a staff named Carolina, she always takes care of my Black Iced/Hot Coffee!

This Wendy’s location is under new management as of March 2013. They stay open til 2 am, i believe 3 on Fri, and Sat, but close off the dining room an entire hour earlier. That is both SUS, and unacceptable. I’m not about to tweet them about it, because there’s gotta be a bunch of young chicken ceasars running that account. I’ve read some unprofessional tweets on it. This location is best at lunch. It will be crowded, but your food will be fresh. The place for the most part is clean. Not bad, but I can’t give it five stars because of this new management they’re now under. Wack sauce.

I’ve never waited for fast food longer in my entire life. I don’t know what the deal is at Wendy’s. What is the point of them having the double cashier where you place your order and pay at one area and still have to wait in the regular line to get your food? It doesn’t save any time at all. In fact, there have been a couple of times where the only reason why I didn’t walk out of the store with nothing was because I had already paid. Maybe that’s been their strategy all along, because I’m never able to get in and out of here quickly and no other store has the line set up this way. Well done Wendy’s, but I’m on to you.

Come here pretty often whenever I make a trip to the nearby Target as I LOVE the spicy chicken fillet at Wendy’s. This location is pretty good. The line moves pretty fast. They have a separate cashier for ordering, paying and pickup. This makes it easier because you order your food first, which saves time while you’re waiting to pay. This location is never too crowded and it’s always well-maintained. I expect to come here many more times.

This Wendys is horrible. I’ve tried to come here on multiple occasions…“tried” but always left after it looked like I’d age a year before I got my food. Well today, I finally ventured in. The service was horrible. They got my friends drink wrong and wouldn’t even pay him a second look to exchange it for the right one. We did however get our food fast. The fries were cold and hard. The sandwiches average. I probably wouldn’t come here again. Unless it was to see the decked out old puerto rican man with the hitler mustache and pimp clothes sitting in the back. Because him, unlike the staff there, was rather entertaining. The crowd that goes here is VERY diverse. I mean VERY. But everyone looked content.

I came to Unilocal to tell the story of my 20 minute wait for my food at this Wendy’s after I placed my order. But I guess it’s all relative since the last reviewer said he routinely waits 30 minutes. During my ordeal, the order taker kept taking orders, but no one was filling them. So you had 8 — 10 customers with a hungry and hopeful looks on their faces each time a worker came forward with a bag of food. «Who ordered the Dr. Pepper and a cheeseburger?», «Who ordered the nuggets and fries». I saw the workers unwrapping the burgers in the chute to see what kind of sandwich it was. I’m surprised they didn’t take a bite to double-check! I wasn’t angry, I wasn’t upset, because it was more like a comedy instead of a tragedy. But next time, it’s McDonald’s across the street!

When I first saw this Wendy’s, it was like a beacon of hope in the night. Situated on the corner of 116th&3rd, it’s one of the last things I see before leaving for work and one of the first I see on my way back. Several times I have heard Wendy’s siren song and have been lured inside. I usually get out of work at 6:00PM. Despite this being a little big after dinner time, this Wendy’s is always packed. Always. It’s typically a 30 minute wait. If they’re chicken nuggets weren’t so damn good, it might not be worth it. Once I get the food, however… I realize it always is. I also gave this Wendy’s a high rating just because despite the wait, the staff are always working deligently trying to get everything out as fast as they can. This is not true of the McDonald’s not that far away, and of NYC fast food in general. They also introduced me to the ‘Frosty Float’ — the most amazing drink slash dessert ever invented. Good signage in this Wendy’s told me that I can substitute with my drink in a value meal. So basically, it was instructions on how to get to edible heaven. I’ve been to a lot of different Wendy’s locations in my life, but this just might be the best.
