WeWork FiDi

I called to ask about availability and a woman answers the phone. It’s so loud there that she asks me to hold — after being on hold she picks up and tells me to call back later.
It’s understandly loud on a Friday so I booked a tour online. I arrive at the reservation time and the woman at the downstairs desk says that she can’t find my reservation. I ask if there’s an open desk I can purchase today — she goes online for 10-​mins while I stand there and informs me that there aren’t any desks available in NYC. She was very nice about it though, no complaints. I just think their system is inefficient.
Overall I hope this is a one-​off situation on a Friday. It does make me hesitant though — if it’s this bad when I’ve literally got my credit card in my hand wanting to buy, how bad will it be after I’ve paid? Eeek.

I’ve been at WeWork FiDi since June 2015 and it’s been a great experience for me and my startup. The offices are unique in the sense that there are no dull boring walls, instead everything is glass and you can see outside no matter where you are. The design is fresh and alive and the conference rooms are very modern and up to date. The staff, Jeremiah and Adam especially, are very great and their response to issues is very fast. I like WeWork’s app where you can post news and share ideas with others. I appreciate that Wework also helps you promote your business though internal events. I have grown very appreciative of this type of setting that even if I want to move offices (say another state) I’d move to another WeWork office.

We are on the 28^th floor of WeWork Fidi and have been here since this floor opened. WeWork as a whole is awesome, but each building has its own specific identity. Using this coworking office space gets you a ton of perks including free craft beer, tea, micro-​brewed coffee and a ton of awesome networking events. Most importantly is the WeWork staff. They really do go above and beyond for the «Members» (tenants). Placing a ticket with the help desk gets you a response within the hour. Here at Fidi Jeremiah is awesome. Also the community team people Jade and Shyhiem.
BTW these bathrooms are as clean as a whistle. (lets be honest, that’s a big deal)

I’ve worked at Bizzabo for almost two years, and we’ve always been located within WeWork facilities. We began at Soho West and moved to Fidi about eight months ago. Personally it’s been a pleasure working with Blaine, Ted, Shira, Landis and the rest of the staff. They’re very accommodating to our team’s needs, they have managed a very responsive staff, and are often trying to encourage members to get to know one another, through events, promotions, and so on. Hopefully we’ll be able to Fidi home for a long time coming. Great work guys!
