People steal your stuff there and the guy just rudely says it’s not my fault. I feel like Roberto’s complicit.

Clsoest place to my apartment so I always come here to wash my clothes. Typically I go on saturday morning and never have an issue with machines. I always time my clothes as well so I don’t keep anyone else waiting. THe only bad thing is the quarter slots from the machines typcially give me some trouble. Usuaually I’ll have to ask someone for help when the quarters get stuck but I’ve had no complaints about the place.

Service is always awful. Nasty and rude attitude. The worst. Take your laundry elsewhere.

WORST customer service I have ever had. They said they could pickup the order and then made no sense on the phone when i asked why they never showed up. Even communicating address pickup was a bugs challenge. The one benefit is that they are open Sundays.

I used this wash & fold service for a while now and each time, I get a pair or two of other people’s underwear. This last time, none of mine were returned and I had a couple pairs of other people’s underwear. When I called, the manager didn’t speak english and I needless to say, I was upset. I do not pay people to lose my clothing so I will definitely look for a reliable company for laundry service.

Lots of machines — super easy to use and nice service. Wish they had wifi though — major bummer that they don’t.

I’m going to update to 3. Seems like there are more laundry carts now. Still nowhere decent to sit but a small radiator box and a low bench, so two people can sit. The washers and dryers are clean and in good working order. They are more modern than the other laundrymats in the area.

My experience has been excellent. The machines are brand new and wash and dry the clothes perfectly. You need to 30 minutes for the washing and 14 minutes for the dry. Wash is $ 2.5 for small, 4.5 for medium and 5.5 for large machine. Powder and softener are 50 cents each. Dry for 13 minutes is $ 1. There are 6 table to fold, 8 trailers, but no space or seats to wait. Nearby there are several coffee shops, including a Starbucks. Ask the cashier to change your bills.

Clean and fairly spacious laundromat right down the street from my place with tons of machines which all look pretty new. They have 3 different sized washers — the small washers are $ 2.50, the medium washers are $ 4.50, and the large washers are $ 5.50. I used two small-sized washers which was perfect for the amount of laundry I had. The dryers are 6 minutes for $ 0.25, and there are plenty of tables for folding. Wash and fold service is also available, 7lbs and below is $ 9, with each additional lb being an additional $ 0.75. Plus Holey Cream is right next door if you need to kill time while you wash! The only downside was that they don’t have a change machine, though they will change your bills for you behind the counter.
