This Delta Skyclub is clean and offers the same snacks, soups, and drinks as the other domestic Skyclubs. However it lacks the newer Skyclub style. There are only a few power outlets on the walls for charging. The bathroom looks like a standard, white tile, public bathroom with only one stall, not like the palatial poop parlors at the JFK Skyclub. The Starbucks coffee machine is awesome. It makes great lattes.

Wow, this place is tiny, dirty and hot. This was an old lounge that Delta took over from US Airways, I believe. No renovations done, it looks like you are stepping into the 80s. Also looks as though they haven’t cleaned it since the 80s. There was literally a pile of dirty paper towels in the corner of the men’s bathroom. We were there at 3pm on a Friday before a regular, non-holiday weekend and the entire lounge was full, no seats available. We opted to leave and sit at the bar of the sushi restaurant next door, much less crowded and they have TVs playing whatever sports games are on at the moment. Delta should really be embarrassed to put their name on a lounge this bad.

Located near the Delta gates(of course), this SkyClub had plenty of room and the usual setup of snacks and drinks. Breakfast in the morning, soup and such in the afternoon and evenings. Compared to other SkyClubs, it is A-OK.

This is one of the smaller Delta Sky Clubs in the system. It reminds me of Fort Lauderdale or the JFK terminal 3 lounges. 80s décor and rather small. When I visited on a Thursday at 5pm, it was packed to the gills. Not many empty seats there. Delta has new food items but I was not impressed. It is still rather slim pickings. The bar is small and stocks the usual house items which means passable booze for free. Anyway, I rarely travel out of EWR so highly unlikely that I will be back any time soon

It was better when they had the original Crowne Room which still exists across the corridor from the new Sky Club. Staff is very friendly. Was not built to hold many people. The internet was pathetically slow. Seemed to speed up a bit once more people started leaving.

Pretty average as far as Sky Clubs go. Usual points: –wish there were more substantial food offerings in the afternoon/evening. –The hummus in a tube is shamefully good, but it’s not enough. –Which drinks are free? Don’t make me ask. I’ll tip, even for pouring a juice… but if I wanted to be crowded AND drink $ 10 drinks, I would just hang out in one of the bars. Negative points –Carrots and celery were very dehydrated. Bonus points –Paging to let us know when our flight was boarding. Nice touch. Made up for the dried up carrots.

Other sky clubs are much cleaner. Indifferent staff, basic restroom, and I got a cracked glass from the bar. I would see if there still is the old NWA one now delta open across the hall but am all set up.

It is a room — small and what you would expect in Newark, NJ. Not the best Sky Club in the Delta system. The team at check in desk were very cordial and nice.

Delta has two Sky clubs in the Terminal B hallway across from each other. How do you say that happened? Well one is the original Delta Sky Club, which is on the left as you walk down the hallway to your flight. The other club is on the right side of the hallway. This second Sky club was the original Northwest club, which is now under Delta. Both clubs are in operation, when I visited recently. When I arrived I checked into the original Delta Sky club, which had some water damage from Hurricane Sandy so I was told to go across the hallway to the other Delta Sky club. I have been here in the past when I use to fly Northwest to Japan via either Minneapolis or Detroit. I picked up some magazines and newspapers for reading on my flights. I also enjoyed some coffee, orange juice and yogurt. The club was rather quiet with only three other customers using the club. I also enjoyed the free wireless internet prior to my departure for my flights to Las Vegas.

On our recent return trip back home from Newark Airport to San Diego, I decided to purchase one-day passes for the boyfriend and I so we can lounge in the comfort of the Delta Sky Club at this airport before we had to board the plane. Prior to our trip, I wasn’t sure if it was worth $ 39.00 for each one-day pass(it’s usually $ 50 per person), but after I read on their website that it included complimentary cocktails and snacks, then I decided to splurge and get it for us. When we first arrived in Newark six days prior to utilizing the Sky Club, we did notice a ton of construction going on within the gate area as we were making our way to baggage claim(the moving walkway wasn’t even working), so that made me glad that we had the lounge to chill at for our return flight home. Checking in to the Delta Sky Club was fairly easy, they have a check-in counter with three staff there to readily assist. I liked how they had an extra employee standing by the Breast Cancer Awareness Month table handing out complimentary Minute Maid pink lemonade and selling pink bag tags to support the cause. Once we got situated in some comfy lounge chairs, I thought I’d maximize on the two hours we had to kill before our flight boarded. I put our carry on bags down and made our way to the bar. However, these«complimentary cocktails» were actually ten bucks each. Huh? If their website advertises complimentary cocktails, then you’d think the cost of your one-day pass included the two beverages we spent twenty bucks on, right? Oh well, just give me the dang pomegranate margarita and bloody mary so I can load up on the complimentary snacks around the corner. Four stars because it was comfortable and spacious, beats sitting in the crowded gate before our flight. The lounge has its own private restrooms for their guests(no showers though like some locations have noted), office equipment(fax, copy machine, printer, etc) for those traveling for work and needs the amenities to take care of business and complimentary newspapers and magazines for you to read while you’re there. The snacks were celery sticks with ranch dressing, hummus with pita chips, nuts, coffee, tea, soda, water and these lemon powder button sized cookies that I couldn’t get enough of. They’re from Atlanta, I think, so I’m going to have to do some serious research on how I can get my hands on more of these bad boys. A note to Delta: please update your website so it doesn’t state that the cost of a one-day Sky Club pass includes complimentary cocktails when it really doesn’t. Yeah yeah, I got bamboozled, but oh well. What they don’t know is that I loaded up on those lemon cookies with the extra Ziploc bag I happened to have in my purse thanks to the TSA requirements for packing liquids. Touché suckas.

After enduring the nonsense from the TSA goons, this Sky Club is always a welcome sight when I depart from Newark. For a non-hub airport it’s a pretty good size, the staff is great and it’s got a nice selection of food/snacks, at least in the mornings when I’ve been there.

A busy sky club with plenty of room to relax and all types of services. The bartender is a great fellow. Ample assortment of snacks.
