Designer’s Needs Dupioni Silk Fabrics

I’ve gone to Shomi twice and both times she’s helped me out a ton.
The first time was when I needed to get a gift for my boss. I was thinking about a silk shawl, but wasn’t sure what kind. When I went to Shomi’s showroom, she worked with me for a while to figure out the best shawl to buy and patiently unfolded and folded each one. She also didn’t try to sell me the most expensive one… she showed me a range of shawls of different prices. The shawl that I bought is probably the best looking shawl I’ve ever seen. I think about that shawl that I bought for my boss a lot. and I kind of wish that I kept it for myself ;-)
The second time I went to her showroom, I wanted to buy some Dupioni silk fabric to get pillows made for my couch. Shomi gave me a lot of different recommendations. She has great taste and always knows what colors look good with what. She probably spent an hour and a half with me while I went back and forth on colors. After I got the pillows made, I feel like my whole living room has transformed– the silk fabric really pops and I’m super happy with what I bought. (BTW, once you get the fabric, Shomi can also recommend who to go to get things made.)
I highly recommend Designer’s Needs Silk Fabrics if you’re looking for a gift, or looking for the highest quality silks. It will be a fun buying experience as well!
