Dunkin’ Donuts

I ordered a sesame bagel today at this location. It taste stale, It was like week before product. Even sesame bagel is my favorite, I could not eat.

I like how fast they are … Very pleasant crew… Fresh bagels donuts and more ! I enjoy the coffee there all the time

I didn’t encounter any issues with this DD and it’s one of the cheaper breakfast options you’re going to find before you enter the post security areas. I flew through Gate A30 last time and it cost me a cool $ 20 for a Caprese sandwich, potato chips and water from Market Express. (Java Moon’s food and service is unspeakable. Do yourself a favor and avoid that airside disaster.) By ordering DD’s Combo 6 with the turkey sausage, egg white and cheese flatbread, I was out less than $ 7 in less than 3 minutes. The staff are friendly and move through the line quickly. They make the best cup of joe I’ve tasted on the East Coast, not being a Starbucks fan (I know I live in Seattle, but in my defense I’m not a native). Employees made up most of the line that morning so either for reasons of price, convenience or quality, they seem to agree.

Friendly staff. Individual checking me out was in training so it took a few mins to enter the order. It was made very quickly which was nice. :) coffee was good no grains!

We arrived a bit early before my flight, so we decided to drink something at DD located in terminal A. First of all the order was messed up; the service was so bad. After standing forever to get our drink, the taste was awful. Luckily I found a customer feedback number, so I decided to call and give my feedback. The man over the phone was wired and rude; has nothing to do with customer service. From now on, I decided no more DD!!!

Came by to grab a donut before my flight.
Bought a Boston Cream donut that was stale and had no cream inside it?!? …and it was too sweet! :(

I haven’t been to DD in a long time. I decided to try some of the coffee I remembered so well. It was absolute garbage. I ordered a large iced coffee and it was so watery and flavorless I took one sip and put it right into the trash. I’m not sure if its just this location but I think I’m not taking any chances and it is time to swear off DD for life. I recommend steering clear of DD, this location especially. You can find better coffee in the men’s room toilet.

Longest line in the food court, but worth it as usual. I’m thinking this location should be better staffed for the breakfast rush.

Located at Terminal A, right outside the satellite gates 10 – 18. I was told it was a pastry shop about 2 years ago, it is open 24 hours and has free Wi-​Fi.
It has 4 or 5 tables plus a counter with stools that has outlets so you can recharge your electronics while you recharge with caffeine or donuts.
There are not many DD’s in Newark Airport and they are more reasonably priced than other coffee shops available.
It is a good way to kill time while waiting for your flight.
