Ehrlich Pest Control

You people are incompetent liars. I called last night at 8PM because I found a mouse in my house (from all the rain from the hurricane Monday). And I called and spoke to a girl (who didn’t give her name, which none of your employees do when you call) who said, «Oh it will be a sleep soon» because it was dark out. I told her rodents were nocturnal, then she chuckled and said, «Oh». I asked her questions and all say kept saying was «I don’t know» then and she freaking hung up in the middle of me saying something.
I called back and told this new person what had just happened. This person, Johnny, was helpful and apologetic. He told me he would email a sales person and make it urgent. And he wrote that I needed to be contacted before 1PM because I was leaving the house. He said since they open at 7AM that shouldn’t be a problem.
The next day (Friday, Nov. 2) I didn’t get that morning call so I called at 9:30AM and these people had no idea what I was talking about. I asked to speak to a manager and the woman, who answered the phone, was even more confused. I was getting frustrated at this point. She kept asking me which manager I wanted to speak to. I told her I didn’t know, I wanted to make a complaint against the company’s customer service people.
Well she wound up forwarding me to some male sales manager. So I had to explain the original story to a 3^rd person. He wasn’t interested in what I had to say. I told him that if the owner knew how his business was being run he would be embarrassed. He told me that he would have someone call me back by the end of the business day.
Around noon Johnny called me back to see if anyone called me. I told him no and in fact I hired another company who was at my house at the time because Ehrlich was not interested in my business. Johnny did his job but 3 others at this company did not. You could hear the disappointment in his voice when I told him no one called me back. Because he actually was the only one doing his job.
This company was not interested in doing their job nor were they interested in my business obviously. This place is horrid and if you look at my ratings I do not typically I give people a 1 star. I always give a company a second chance to make things right but these people obviously dropped the ball. And I am very happy with the fact that they don’t have my money.
If you want a good pest company hire Crittle Control. They came out here same day and were very thorough. Erik was here for about an hour and looked all through my house, inside and out. Only charged me for the traps he set and gave me an estimate for fixing areas where mice could get in.
I’m just still really shocked by Ehrlich because how can you run a company like this… oh and P. S. I have still yet to get a phone call back. Not surprised. I gave them plenty of chances to fix this and that’s the only reason I am leaving this rating. People with pest problems turn to these companies for help, not incompetence and people who aren’t true to their word.
