Flaming Grill & Supreme Buffet

This buffet is a one try for me, went there once was okay, second time I had enough. Same things nothing different, typical Chinese buffet with some better choices like lamb, rib, chicken, tebanyaki grill, ice cream fruit, some seafood selection, this place is a must try at least once if you’re on a budget but still want decent buffet quality food. Food is good, place is clean, service could’ve been better but it’s a buffet, they want u in and out, no time to chitchat or provide any serivce. I pay upfront going in, soda is additional if you want, the girl hostess take u to ur table, then waitress look at ur recirpt for want drink u order, or tapped water free lol, then u are free to roam around in the wild to get ur food, bring the plate back to ur table stuffed it down ur throat, and u get up for more, while the waitress come clean up the plates, when u back it time for more stuffing until u can’t do no more, but still have a little eine of space for deserts lol, then u go home have diarrhea, feel terrible, wish u never had did that, but next week or next month u back here at it again, and the Asian lady see u, saying not you again, lol, I m like yes me again haha

Good for a buffet, but not amazing. The seafood wasn’t super fresh, especially the steamed crab, but they have a good selection of food and they even have hibachi and sushi. Definitely worth a try for seafood lovers. Great selection of desserts.

So clean best bank for your buck, food fresh and good for a buffet… great for large groups and family parties.

I am not sure what’s going on with this place. The place is very comfortable, makes you feel at home, you don’t want to leave and you always want to come back. The restaurant is really nice, new place, clean, but the food is not that great. The food is good but I have definitely tasted better. Although, there are a wide variety of food, you will be amazed.

The food was just awful. How did it get all of these reviews?! I was definitely tricked by the outstanding number of reviews. I went in with an open mind; however it was a big disappointment. None of the food was fresh! Even the habachi especially the sushi. I felt like I was eating someone’s left over from days ago. I had enough with buffets. You can pay $ 10 more and get a very satisfying, filling, fresh meal elsewhere. Just a warning.

Wow is all I can say. I recently ate here and all I can say is that it is AMAZING. I don’t say this often but you can take it from me. The buffet is HUGE. I don’t just mean the food selection. The seating is incredible there’s even a huge party room! For $ 12 you can eat as much as you want! The food is tasty, hot, and fresh. They have salt, soy sauce, and hot sauce to season your food to your liking. The hibachi was delicious. The service was great I am absolutely coming back. And don’t forget to tip your waiter and waitress if your service is good !!

$ 12 for dinner buffet what a great price, this price doesn’t include soda just to let you know, but still a great price, I don’t even drink soda anyway, I opted for tap water. The place just open, very new and looks clean. You have to pay upfront when you walk in, then be seated, from there you can grab anything you wish, they have a lot! From beef fried chicken fish crab shrimp vegs hibachi make to order grill and salad bar and event ice cream for desert. My favorite has to be raw OYSTERS! Yummy, drooling just thinking about it. Definitely must try at least once. One star off for service, but it’s a buffet, I’m guessing a lot of people leaving a lousy tip for the waitress that’s why the service is mediocre, even though the service wasn’t up to par, I still gave her a $ 5 tip for $ 26 bill.

Wow, just wow. Rows and rows of food, and so many choices. Everything is delicious even the non-​Chinese food.
Delicious sushi & a full Mongolian grill.
Great salad bar too. The staff is very attentive. Tons of seating and a party room for large crowds.
A little pricey on Sundays, but if you have a Saturday lunch it’s only $ 7.99 (same as week day lunches). Still worth the price!
It’s a bit chilly, so bring a sweater.

Overall great review very good food nice clean environment waitress was very attentive. What I thought would be a very long wait due to the large crowd and inside area full was about a 15−20min wait so I was very surprised very well handled… Highly recommended to all will be back for more so I hope these expectations keep up! I just went there last sunday with my family at the new chinse buffet & gril. Let me tell you that the food taste not to bad? I mean the salad taste good along with my ranch dressing taste wonderful. The dumplings taste wonderful until I get full. The ice cream taste alright. It even has the chef let you cook the lo mein noodles right it front of you, during the buffet on the girll. I’m not talking about the japnesse kinda thing? But I didn’t get the chance it get it though? My mom she got the chance to get the lo mein noodles with create your own veggies. The black beans taste good because I love black beans even with my spanish/​mexcian food also. I mean the whole food itself tastes so good.

I used to go to the East Rutherford sister store, but this one is closer to home. Its consistent with the other place. The only thing is that the Sushi table has one person and it appears that he cant keep up with the consumtion traffic.

This is my second time here… came in for their grand opening… food is great a lot to pick from… love the sushi and the grill area… if you haven’t been here its a must!

Okay I normally would not give buffets a 4 star review but this place kinda deserves it. Ironbound Newark is filled with run of the mill places and lackluster Chinese restaurants. This place gives the neighborhood some hope at hibachi and Chinese. The place is super clean and huge! And the food was super fresh and had a great selection. They do to-​gos so this will be my new place for lunch during work when I don’t know what I feel like. Hibachi is a must try as the chicken on skewers. Will be back.

finally a place like this opened! newark really needed a good chinese buffet with sushi and hibachi already ate here 3 days in a row :/…

Grand opening was Saturday the 28^th so decided to come today.
Since this is the second day it has been opened my review is just basic since it will need time to mature. It would be unfair to point out little things.
First impressions are good. Plenty of room, buffet laid out nice. Selections very good, something for everyone.
Sushi, raw clams and oysters very fresh.
Price is very good as well. They have a coupon on their web page.
Since this is near to me I will be visiting many times I’m sure based on this first visit.
