Horrible experience the lady who massaged me had no energy. Was hitting the wrong spots continuously. Waste of money! Never coming here again.

Went with my sis for some much needed pampering– the owner gave us an hour facial n later one of the staff gave us an hour of deep tissue massage.
Mind blowing experience– my search for a great masseus n facial has finally ended.

Omg! I went yesterday because I forgot that I bought a groupon for the place $ 20 bucks. but my experience just to get inside was terrible. that place doesnt look clean I felt that I was in like a type of dirty «happy Hour massage» (never been in one of those) but picture myself when I went to the place. First of all nobody was there i was along by probably 15 min when some lady came and ask me for my groupon. I showed her and the took me to one of those rooms. omg I should take a pic of that look so nasty even was a rope hanging there, old like someone super use it uggg I was just thinking to leave then but this other lady came and told me to undress. well they rude people, they didnt really ask you for anything. well I layed down in the bed where I put my clothes there because I didnt feel comfortable to laying in those sheets oh well I was there so lets do the massage. She was ok until she starded to sneeze like crazy. oh god and she was touching me. She probably did like 30 min massage because i told her that was ok that i need to go. my mind was just thinking how unclean is this place and then she was touching me after sneeze then they started heating their food which start to smell really bad. Oh well I leave and gave her $ 3 bucks and she told me that tip is $ 10 lol woohhh I could say a lot to her but I didnt wanna be rude so I left. anyways hope my review help you and dont go to this nasty place that dont even deserve one star.

Unprofessional, and she didn’t ask or focus on my problem areas I told her at the beginning, and at the end when I was walking out I was accosted by two employees manning the front desk who didn’t speak any English nor understood groupon, and demanding I pay while I was explaining that I did pay via groupon when I first came in with a different lady at the front desk, and then I was told I must pay a minimum $ 10 tip to my masseuse who was staring and demanding at me the entire time.

Really nice place will go agin highly recommend love it. I really like the deep tissue massage. Please if you guys go threw groupon please give tips to those ladies they are very hard worker Thax

I was in dire need of a back massage and came in for an hour session with Mary. I was glad I did. That woman has skills. She worked out a lot of the knots and I’m sure if she had more time, she woulda got it all worked out. I wish I booked a longer session when there wasn’t construction goin on next door.

The clinic: clean waiting area.
The front desk: he is also the masseuse. Greeted me w a big smile. But doesnt talk and understand English.
The Room: they have beds outside i think for foot massage. They have private rooms where i had my massage. It was not a full wall room so i can hear people talking outside or the noise from other rooms.
The Bed: i dont like it, because it didnt look like they change the linen so i used my shirt to cover the bed. I suggest bring your own big towel to cover the bed even if you think its clean or not. And also a small towel for him to use to wipe off the oil in your body.
The masseuse: professional. But as a client who has knowledge in massage and different strokes, he just gave me a very basic massage which i think wont worth morethan 25 dollars. I went to one of the massage spa in LA, no private room, with clothes on, with warm water in my feet worth 20 dollars but i fell asleep because it felt so good and relaxing. So i was a bit dissapointed.
The Massage: like i said, very basic strokes. But not bad. The strokes in my back were too fast that didnt make me relax. fast strokes stimulate, slow strokes r relaxing. I have tensed muscles so i need to relax but i am a bit dissapointed.
Over all: ill give it another try… if i get Groupon discount again!

My back has been bothering me. I looked on Groupon for somewhere near my home. I was in need of a deep tissue massage. I could feel all the knots in my back. I called them, and they were able to see me same day right after I got off of work. I was excited and couldn’t wait to get to my appointment. I’m a landmark type of person, so it was great that the lady on the phone told me where they were near. There is a language barrier, so they don’t talk much. There wasn’t anything exciting about the ambiance. You can hear people talking and it’s a bit dark. The massage itself was very worth while. I wanted deep tissue and deep tissue is what I got. My male massage therapist asked me if I was ok in the beginning, which was great. I would like if there was more communication though. He knew what he was doing. He worked on the knots that I had, applied enough pressure, and aleviated the pain. The entire massage was great. He didn’t taper off in the end, nor did he seem to go easier, or become lazy. It was wonderful! I was greeted with smiling faces and a cup of water upon exiting. I tipped well. About eighteen percent of the «normal» cost of a 60 minute massage. They informed me that I can come back and pay the same Groupon rate. I might try one of their other services. I might try acupuncture next. I was pleasantly surprised of how great of a massage it was for only $ 29. Score!!!

Worst customer service… very rude lady in the front desk.
Mostly they speak chinese and they don’t even listen to you

Don’t ever go here! Been there2 weeks back, there is only 1 lady who can speak English and other lady doesn’t know massage and English! If English spoken is giving you massage then she takes call while massages. There is always a fight going on around groupon vouchers as they manage everything on paper. They don’t make an appointment if you call them while leaving from the work. I will never ever go to this place!

came here the other day with a groupon. the massage itself was good. the gentleman that gave me the massage had good pressure and good hands. the groupon was for a choice of either a stone massage or deep tissue but he didn’t ask and just gave me a regular massage with no hot stones.
the décor is bare minimum and you can hear the people talking outside in the lobby bc the walls aren’t full walls. they play chinese music kinda loud but i understand why they do it (to try to drown out the people talking). overall it was a very inexpensive massage with the groupon and i may try it again just to see if it’s a quieter and more relaxing experience in a different room.

I bought a package of 3 massages on Groupon. The massage itself was fine but just before I left, the merchant demanded a «mandatory tip» of $ 10 and told me it was an «industry standard.» I’ve been to other massages in the area and have never come across this practice.

I bought a Groupon and finally after a few weeks was finally able to squeeze in time for a massage. I called about three times throughout the week before I was able to talk to someone to schedule an appointment. When they asked if I wanted to come in the same day, I was thrilled. I showed up about fifteen minutes early. There wasn’t anyone up front, so I waited on the comfy couch. After twenty minutes, and after my scheduled appointment time, someone came to the front. I was led to a room and proceeded to receive one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The massage therapist was a nice man, but I didn’t catch his name. He was very considerate and asked if the pressure was okay throughout the massage. He worked out knots I knew I had and worked out other issues I didn’t realize I had. I think my massage went slightly over the hour mark. I left feeling intoxicated and plan to go back as soon as my schedule allows. It’s a no frills kind of place, but if you’re looking for an excellent massage, I recommend a visit to this place.

I came here with a groupon. $ 27 for a 60 mins massage and since I was in the area, who wouldn’t get excited!
Got the groupon in the beginning of the week and was able to make the same weekend appointment.

With that being said, I entered through the back awkwardly. As I walked in there was a lady in the back that greeted us and asked if we were here for a massage (it took a couple of tries before I understood what she was saying. They mostly spoke Mandarin.) She then directed us to the front of the store where another lady was sleeping. As we walked closer, she woke up and the first thing she was was can I see the groupon. She checked it and pointed each of us to a room and said «take off your dress». Maybe I’m a noob to massage places but I wasn’t sure how much to take of… kinda awkward moment.
For the massage itself I would have give it 4 stars based off how good it felt and how the pressure was right (she asked if it felt ok after the first 5 mins, totally appreciated that), and even pressured was applied on both sides.
But according to my friend that went with me, it totally sucked. She said that her lady applied too much pressure and never asked if it felt ok. So I guess this place is a hit or miss.
Why 3 stars based of my own experience? 1) Her phone kept going off at one point and that got annoying. and 2) They demanded more tip. Its not like I didn’t tip her. I tipped around 15% but she wanted more. I was ok with it but my friend really did not enjoy her massage and was not so happy that I gave them what they wanted.
Final thoughts: 7 – 8 rooms, kinda dark inside, for the most part clean, 4 – 5 facial chairs as you walk in from the front.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I purchased a one hour massage from Groupon and was so excited to try this place out since I’ve had so much pain and tension in my shoulders, neck and upper back. I hate to be the first to leave a bad review but this was the worst thing I have ever experienced. I went in for a deep tissue massage. I informed my masseuse that I ONLY wanted a back massage since I have some knots in my upper shoulder and neck and I pointed it out to her. She nodded and said «okay» then let out a big burp. um… Ok. I know this isn’t a fancy establishment so I let it go. Then the nightmare began. She was so rough and brutal that I was clenching my teeth and kept jumping because I was in so much pain. I’ve had dozens of deep tissue massages in the past and none of them have been so brutal. She was clearly inexperienced as she kept digging her elbow into my middle and lower back. The places where I had the most tension and knots, she would go over them lightly with her thumbs. Mind you — I asked for my back to be massaged only. I felt violated because she also decided to massage my breasts and stomach (who does that?!), such an awkward experience. She continued burping though out my massage. Since she put so much pressure on my lower back, now I have horrible back pain. The worst part is that she stood by the door and blocked me from leaving so I wouldn’t leave without tipping her. I’m appalled that this establishment even calls themselves a spa. They are inexperienced and a joke!

Needed a massage, saw the GroupOn deal, called immediately as my body was in dire need of a massage, and asked if I could get an hour massage. They said yes. I said I’d be there in fifteen minutes. They said we will see you then. Purchased the GroupOn deal for the hour massage as I got into my car, arrived, and was greeted kindly. The hour massage surprisingly and satisfyingly exceeded my expectations for a GroupOn sought deal. I am a group exercise fitness instructor for the dance fitness format U-​JAM Fitness®. My body had soreness everywhere from teaching six classes a week on top of working full-​time graveyard gig as well.
I’ve had other massages at other popular chains before (even had a membership with Massage Envy)…but as soon as the time starts to lapse during the allotted appointment, I’d feel the massage therapist begin to rush through their work. Not here. The ambiance is nothing fancy, but it is quiet enough, with easy listening music being played such as the Carpenters, Dido, and some old school Chinese slow jams, etc. I had a male therapist; I believe his name was Calvin. Every time a knot or soreness was found, there was concentration on releasing it. Again, very pleased with the deep tissue service provided to me today. Looking forward to coming back again and highly recommend anyone to give them a try.

Excellent value and great massage. The place is clean. Customer service is professional and prompt. I brought the groupon for 3– 60 minutes for about $ 67. I used my first massage already. The masseur is Calvin who provided deep tissue massage. He is thorough and attentive with any sore or pains. I will definitely go back whenever I have time.

I came to this store because of the recommendation of my friend. And this new SPA store has promotion right now. I had one hour body massage only for $ 35 dollars. Very amazing! Not only a massage, I feel like I got a physical therapy. My stressed back was so relief and slept very well that night. Definitely will come back next time.
