Ian is definitely one of the best realestate agents we worked with.
He was very patient and professional. I have a big family, and it’s hard to please everyone, and I was really impress with Ian’s patience with us.
We didn’t make the purchase at the end because situation on my end changed, but I’ll definitely go with him again when I am back in the market again.

Ian is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, and a stand-​up guy. Our experience with him has been stellar. He’s very patient, always available for consultation /​scheduling visits, never pushy, and (most importantly) gets the job done.
He has this uncanny ability to zero in on what is really important to us in a house, and only shows units that fit our wants and needs. Definitely a huge time-​saver — we did not have to waste precious weekends visiting open houses for places that didn’t fit our personality.
Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
