Not to be confused with JRs Hardwood Floor LLC. Steer clear of this company — JRs Hardwood Floors & Remodeling — their work is subpar — from flooring to tiling, and anything else the owner, Junior claims he can do. Do yourself a favor and shop around, get professionals who know what they’re doing, and who don’t cut corners to make a quick buck. Be warned, this is their MO. The owner did acknowledge all the poor workmanship and incorrect installation, and promised to make it right. He sent one person back for one day to address a long punch list, which was impossible for one person. He’s not returned any calls since.
If you get lured in like we did, I’m sorry… but here are some tips — Junior will up sell you every chance he gets, then give you low quality materials — check all material he buys and get a receipt. There are always a crazy amount of add-​ons, be very specific upfront about what you want and what you expect. Don’t settle for his excuses, of which there will be many.
Our experience with this company was frustrating and disappointing. Bottom line… steer clear of this joker and find a professional who is honest and does a standard of work that matches the price you’re paying.
