The worst management & horrible customer service, not worth even 1 star!
Extremely rude staff n d manager takes d cake in rudeness.
Just wanted to exchange a shirt that I bought last week for my niece for 2 sizes up but they didn’t have it, wanted to get another style 2 sizes up for an even exchange n they wouldn’t do it.
Their argument was that I should get d same style even tho they didn’t have d size I needed n they couldn’t order it either !!
What a lame argument that too when the items not in stock.
Not going there anymore!

I usually go to the store in Milpitas because the store is so much bigger. However, this location is closer to where I live. Therefore, I took my kids here this past weekend. There’s nothing negative about my experience here, except the hole that’s on the floor, right behind the cashier station (where the mirror is). I have 2 kids (1 boy and 1 girl); therefore, I’m constantly walking back and forth from both sections. Since the place is small and packed with merchandise, the only walk way is behind the cashier’s station. The first time I passed by this area, I noticed a hole on the floor (looks like a circuit panel of some sort). Whenever people walk by, the panel gets relocated somewhere else. For a retail store, they should find something to seal up this hole. Someone can trip and get hurt by it. I wouldn’t be surprised if this happens.

I went here with my sister and nephew to go shopping for my nephew.
Don’t even bother walking in. No hi welcome or anything yet 4 employees including the manager is standing around talking amongst each other.
The place is filthy clothes, tags, hangers and other stuff on the floor.
You got 4 freaking employees standing around doing nothing but socializing amongst each other. MAKE THEM ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB!
AND THE WORST PART I bought up the mess to the manager and she just made a face at me. She couldn’t even ring us up and she was standing there acting all brand new.
OH hell no never coming back here again. Corporate needs to be called.

We have purchased clothing of this brand from other stores for a few years but my wife had a terrible shopping experience at this particular store yesterday. First the sales associate refused to help her find the legging she was looking for. Then when my wife asked them to exchange the legging, the associate accused her of trying to use store coupon twice and called the store manager with anger. The store manager tried to calm down the associate but she continued insulting my wife. The store manager did the exchange but my wife left the store with tears. She told me this has been her worst shopping experience ever.
