Triolo Carla Ms PA-C

I used to see Dr Joanna Goshow-​Harris at All About Women, and I really liked her for a few years. She was nice and friendly, and gave off a feeling of warmth and genuine care, that made you feel a little at ease with her, making it easy to talk about your concerns with her. I had to stop seeing her at one point a few years back due to schedule conflicts… my hubs new work schedule at the time gave him different days off, and she wasn’t available those days, so I had to see a different doctor. That doctor was Carla Triolo. I honestly don’t feel the same friendliness and care I did with Harris. In fact, I feel a bit uncomfortable and intimidated by her for some reason, in the way she approaches me and speaks to me. I’ve tried her a few years, and this feeling has not eased up, but in fact gotten worse. My hubs schedule has shifted yet again, but I can’t go back to Dr Harris because last I heard, she was not taking any new patients. I wanted to try someone else at this practice, but now a new recent problem with the abrupt rudeness of one of their office staff in trying to get help with a referral has left me feeling disrespected and a bit cold toward this office. To be honest, over the years there I have gotten both good staff and bad, in person and on the phone, but so far have taken it in silence. This time was just the last straw with me. I will be seeking the services of a new Obgyn practice, and out of the Christiana Care system, for future exams and health concerns.
