Parking in that strip mall is awful, getting out of the place is even worse…
.however the personnel manning the store make that hassle worth every minute. Customer service is absolutely unparallelled. Anytime I’ve ever had an issue with my phone or service they acted accordingly and made sure I was taken care.

The Wireless Zone should be proud of their customer service. They have an honest and flexible approach and I strongly advise using them. I have done business with other larger Verizon services centers in the past and decided to «give the small guy a chance». This was obviously a great move that I hope others will follow. They have locations in New Windsor, Newburgh and Montgomery.
