My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Yin for several years now and we couldn’t be more pleased with her and her staff. We always receive personalized and exceptional service. We would recommend her highly!

The Modern Dentist
My experience at Dr. Yin’s is by far the best dental experience I have had and I say that as an employee of a Dental office in Santa Barbara. Her office is clean and inviting. Since it is a private office, you won’t hear people yelling or laughing in the background. The head receptionist is nice but the RDA is exceptionally great! She is friendly and communicative and asks if you are comfortable. She programmed the tv to play my favorite Netflix show while I got my 3 fillings.
Dr. Yin is highly educated and passionate about what she does, she is very kind and wants to know how you feel through the whole process. I have absolutely no complaints about her. My whole family is now a patient and I plan to have Dr. yin as my primary dentist for a very long time!

Dr Yin is very thorough and kind, and my first experience overall was fine, but I am not willing to return. Her assistant messed up with my x-​rays and seemed a little confused when helping Dr. Yin. It was as if they were training her while they were cleaning my teeth. My teeth are a little close together, so flossing hurt quite a bit when it was done by her. Boy, she was not gentle.
It also didn’t help that they put on the movie «Red» while they were drilling at my teeth. Sure, the technology is cool, but violence ran amok on the screen as well as in my mouth.
The front desk secretary is possibly the rudest lady I ever encountered at a dentist’s office. She was very brash and inflexible, and would not let me reschedule. I had no choice but to cancel my appointment. Her tone of voice was not welcoming at all, and she is the main reason I do not wish to come back.
Too bad it was all of Dr. Yin’s helpers that shooed me away.
I found my favorite dentist at Ean Kleiger’s office off on Moorpark, a 5 star experience.
