Moved 4+ bedroom into storage units. We did most of the packing, but when they showed up, we were still working and they jumped in and did a great job finishing up. It took 2 trips with their 28′ truck, and they did an amazing job squeezing everything into the storage units. I paid for 3 people, but ended up with 4 because they had a trainee, plus the manager/​owner stayed and helped part of the time, and oversaw both the loading end and the unloading.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the Seattle area.

Rainier was our agent for our move from California to Hawaii. They did a great job coordinating our move on both ends and kept us updated as our belongings crossed the ocean. The movers they contract with are top notch. Our belongings arrived on time and weren’t held hostage for extra fees or any of the other scary stuff you read about when you do mover research.

We moved from overseas and were treated with nothing but respect by the good people at Rainier. Would recommend them to anybody moving to or within the Pacific Northwest.

My wife and I just bought our first house in Covington and were moving from Renton. We didn’t want to deal with moving all the larger furniture items, so we gave Rainier moving a call for the 15-​mile move. They set-​up a moving review for a few days later. The estimator Brian showed up on-​time, we walked through the apartment discussing which items would and would not be moved which took about 15-​minutes for my 2-​bed/​2-​bath unit. He gave me an estimate of $ 560, based on a 5.5 hour move. The price was on par with what I had expected and had been told by others doing a similar move. Come moving day the movers arrived on-​time and were very efficient, packing the truck, transporting and unloading done in just over 5.5 hours with the pricing coming just over the estimate at $ 569.
I was very pleased with the communication and effectiveness of this company and would be happy to do business again with them for a local or long-​distance move.

Rainier Moving did two moves for me, a week apart. They were professional, efficient, friendly and careful with our things. I’ve moved a lot, so I appreciate finding a company that’s really excellent. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

We just moved to Seattle from Boston and used Mayflower. Rainier Moving Systems was the Mayflower agent at this end of the continent. Our three movers, Parris, Harley, and Josh, swiftly moved my collection of heavy heavy book boxes and our metal shelves and our overstuffed leather sofa up into our apartment with nary a problem. They were friendly and made sure that our belongings went to whatever room we wanted. They navigated the flight and a half up to our apartment with relative ease and maneuvered our unwielding furniture into place for us and uncrated our glass table top for us and set it all up.
Mayflower treated us well on both ends of our move, and the boys from Rainier Moving Systems were satisfactory in all respects.
