I decided to call David based on these Unilocal reviews, and I am so happy I did. When I called, he was out of the office so I left a message for him to call me. To my surprise, he called me within 30 minutes and right over phone, explained all my options. I would email him whenever I had a new question and he was always prompt with his reply-​usually within the hour. He would send me emails to remind me of important dates, etc. It was a pleasure to work with a lawyer that was so prompt, honest, and caring. Even though this was a minor issue, he made me feel like I was his most important client. I would recommend the Law Office of David Piotrowski to everyone.

David was recommended to me by a process server (once my own 3-​day notice in my UD complaint was challenged by a Demurrer from the tenant’s lawyer) who praised his abilities. I have to say that the praise was entirely justified!
David continually kept in touch, suggesting alternative methods and advising costs up front. He skillfully drew up a settlement agreement which the other side accepted, and then modified it at my request in order to fully protect me from any future retaliatory litigation.
