First time here for breakfast. Delicious. The«healthy» omelet with fresh veggies, smoked salmon and avocado was wonderful. We will definitely be back. Its nice to have a good place to go for a home made, fresh breakfast. Small place, nothing remarkable about the restaurant but good food and good service.

Homemade green and red sauce, a small attentive staff, and an unassuming location in a strip mall all make this place worth a visit and make it feel like a little secret to discover. Steak burrito with green sauce was a perfect hangover cure, home fries and juicy steak were just the medicine. I loved that the owner/chef also jumps in to fill coffee and deliver food. Makes me want to support this business

One of the best breakfast spots in the area. Everything is fresh and laid back atmosphere. I come here every Saturday.

Ehhhh Cisco’s isn’t very great anymore… or maybe I just killed it by going here too much. The quality is just not there. I don’t think I’ll be back after my last trip.

So delicious! I think we found our new favorite breakfast takeout places. It’s a cute little hole in the wall, but it’s really great. I had a breakfast sandwich and my boyfriend got the huevos rancheros. We were really impressed. We can’t wait to order again!

Came to Cisco’s on a whim on a Sunday afternoon, encouraged by Unilocal’s four stars and all the reviewers raving about its«authentic» Mexican breakfast burrito. I hate to ding a small business, but also feel the need to set the record straight about the overall quality. So, we walk in and there were only several other customers in the restaurant, including a couple of tables that were finishing up. It still took quite a while for the woman at the counter to acknowledge our presence and eventually take our order. I got the breakfast burrito that sat in a pool of tangy, salsa verde, and that was probably the best part of the meal. Not great salsa verde — it was a bit thin — but it added flavor. It did seem, however, that the flour tortilla was not homemade, which was a bummer. Mexicans know that the tortilla can make or break a burrito. The stuffing inside — eggs, potatoes, some plain ham and probably a little bit of bacon, as advertised — was fine. Ask for their house hot sauce, though, because it adds some much-needed zing. For just under $ 9, the burrito was OK. Maybe more Tex-Mex than anything else, but it gets the job done when you’re hungry. We also got the scrambled eggs with home fries and toast(about $ 5), and one pancake on the side(nearly $ 3). The potatoes were bland despite having a reddish tint to them. The single pancake was average, but about a dollar more than we expected to pay for the size. Maybe a minor point for some people, but the restaurant’s thermostat, right near our table, was visibly covered with dirt and grime. So that was a bit unappetizing. And overall, service was slow.

I usually do not write reviews, but i felt compelled to review this restaurant for lack of sanitary condtions. I ate here with a friend and my young daughter for breakfast during the weekday. There was 1 other person in the restaurant, so they were not busy. Our order was simple. I had a cheese omlet with a side of bacon, my friend the heathy salmon omlet. Both our orders came out wrong, but that is not why I am writing this review. In certain parts of Ciscos you can see the cook in the back. After we were through eating, I happened to glance at him and saw him blow his nose, then résumé doing what he was doing. He glanced up and saw me staring and decided it was then he should wash his hands. He did. for approx. 2 seconds, not nearly enough time to wash the germs and bacteria away that he had on them from blowing his nose. I was and still am utterly disgusted!!! Do not eat here unless you want to get sick or catch something.

I am here for a Saturday morning breakfast and only three tables are filled… Unfortunately, I believe I am starting to understand why. There may be a disconnect between the servers and Cisco who is cooking in the kitchen. When we ordered breakfast today, it came out different than it has the last ten times I ordered it. I actually actually kinda noticed this started happening last time i was here, but I considered it a fluke. Even though we asked for well done potatoes, this was the second visit where they came out looking uncooked… I will say that the potatoes here are normally something I would skip anyways. Also, the over easy eggs came out with one of the yolks broken… It probably should have been fixed in the kitchen. While I wish Cisco the best, I don’t know that I will be back. I hope he is able to catch these issues and return to his former glory!

Closed before nine on a Saturday. Both the menu, shuttered storefront Google, and Unilocal indicated that it was open until nine. Looks like the hours have changed. Too bad we didn’t get the message until we drove twenty minutes during rush hour to arrive to an empty building.

Great place! I always get their burrito for breakfast. Lots of bacon ham and veggies! I like hot and their hot sauce is killer. Everything is hand made. Go here you won’t be disappointed! I have also gotten their ciscos skillet. It was really good with the chorizo. May be even better than the burrito.

California Omelette, red flannel hash… Oh so good! Out on a Sunday to go to Allegro’s(Franklin Ave) only to find it not open on Sunday’s. Thanks to Unilocal,we found Cisco’s. Excellent food, accommodating service. We’ll be sure to return!

The ambiance isn’t great – you can tell this place is on the older side. The food wasn’t fantastic(I was there for brunch), but I appreciate the portions and the variety in the menu. It does have the ultimate small town diner vibe, and I can’t say I won’t be back.

Stopped in here for brunch with the boyfriend on the weekend and were seated right away. The menu is a combo of American and Mexican food. The place is nothing fancy and while it does have traditional breakfast items, the Mexican breakfast items are the ones that stand out. I knew right away I wanted the breakfast burrito, one of my favorites. It was a tortilla filled with ham, bacon, potato and eggs and then topped with green chili sauce. It was filling and delicious. My boyfriend got the Huevos Ranchero, which he has never had. He liked it but I thought it was just okay in the taste I had. Seemed to be missing something in my opinion. The coffee was just okay, nothing to talk about. I will definitely go back if I am craving a breakfast burrito and a reasonably price! Since moving out of Utah, it is hard to find a place that makes a good breakfast burrito. But otherwise, the menu was just okay.

I have only tried the place once and I will need to try it again. I recommend that if you go do not go for the traditional breakfast food. That was only ok. I had a breakfast burrito and it was good. The salsa verde was great. The service was attentive. perhaps too attentive. That is better than the alternative. The quality of the food probably deserves a 3 star, but I’m giving them a bonus point for being unique(not too many Mexican breakfast places around here). I am definitely going to try them again but I’ll be getting exclusively Mexican cuisine from now on.

The service here isn’t the best sometimes you have to wait really long to even be acknowledged but I love the pancake sandwich! So good without cheese add bacon instead of ham… Yum!!!

The brunch here is diner food with a Mexican twist. The omelets are fresh and you can get quality salsa and avocado to make everything better. The only downer is that GPS is a little glitchy over here so we couldn’t figure out how to get to the place, but we eventually sorted it out. We’ll definitely brunch here again.

I can not say enough good things about this place! My first experience was for breakfast. Stopped in during the week, and had the breakfast burrito. Eggs, bacon, ham and cheese packed into a huge tortilla. served up with a green sauce and you can request Cisco’s special hot sauce. This dish will keep you coming back!!! its awesome. I also was there for dinner a few weeks ago and had the chicken soft taco and beef enchilada. Rice and beans. Everything was awesome as well. Cisco gave us some complimentary home made rice pudding. — This guy knows how to cook!!! Always enjoy my visits here and look forward to returning.

Apparently a three star review leads you to being harassed by numerous restaurant staff creating fake Unilocal accounts. Pretty sure that’s going to kill my chances of ever returning or recommending this entirely unprofessional place.

Really nice diner/mexican restaurant. They’re only open for breakfast and lunch at the moment, but starting next month they will be open for dinner on Fri & Sat. The taco & enchilada combo for $ 9 had tons of flavor & everything was very fresh. Even the rice was a highlight, as it was very well seasoned. The red enchilada sauce, green chili sauce, and house-made hot sauce were all terrific. I highly recommend Cisco’s if you’re in the mood for breakfast, a tex-mex style combo meal, or a traditional mexican dish(yup they have oxtail, chili rellenos, tamales, flan, etc). BYOB and there is a package store right next door.
