Thomas Pham is an expert watchmaker. He is a titled Horologist and his fine work shows his training and dedication to his profession.
I have taken many brands and types of watches to Thomas for repair or maintenance. He has done an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I trust Thomas and his work completely.
This is absolutely the place to take your high end watch for repair or service maintenance, including such brands as Rolex, Brietling, Piaget, Cartier, etc. Thomas will give you an estimate of the charges for the work to be done, and when it will be ready. You can count on those two statements being true and accurate.

Honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. What you need in a watch repair shop. I’ve visited three times for help, he did very minor repairs and refused to charge and on another insisted I take the watch back to the manufacturer for warranty work. Saved me thousands on the warranty. Gives great advice on buying and is trustworthy. Everyone needs a professional to rely upon, Accutime is the watch shop that you can trust.

These guys are super nice and very trustworthy. I went in to get a replacement battery which was no longer in circulation. They tried to help me find a current battery that would work and even let me test them out without buying anything. When that didn’t work they went out of their way to find a supplier of the older model battery I needed. Top notch service and clearly wanted to help even though it wasn’t going to be a sale that made money. Thanks guys!

My rolex needs servicing and I took it to Beverly Hills to get it fixed but they wanted 900 $ for it. I took it to Accutime instead and they charged me half the price. The best thing is it’s guaranteed for a year. People here are very nice and helpful. I have referred all my friends to them. They all are happy.

A small shop that knows what there doing. The guy changed my watch battery in 2 minutes! He was very smart and explained the water resistant factor on watches. The only thing is that there location is kinda hard to find and park. I would definitely come back and tell my friends!

Thomas and Co. are just excellent to work with. They service all automatics regardless of prestige. Thomas has helped me out on several occasions on my relatively inexpensive watches. I would highly recommend this service center for all your watch needs, especially if you are near Newport Beach.
