I had tried several stylist in the past, but nothing but horrible experience. I was so tired and so disappointed that I had decided to just let my hair grow and go all natural. During one of my trips to California a friend suggested to try Baisin street hair salon. And boy, I’m so glad I did. They saved my hair and made me look like a new person again. I am so pleased and grateful. Thank you Sima for the best haircut in such long time. You’re truly talented and passionate about what you do, and it shows in the finished result.

This salon has my heart! It’s not to often these days that you can walk into a business, and are able to consistently expect genuine services, and results that exceed your expectations. Basin Street Hair is the only place I would ever go to get my hair cut, dyed, or treated– ask for Sima, she is the BEST.

Basin Street Hair is more like a home to me. Sima is my stylist. She is extremely talented and knows exactly what to do with my hair. Whenever I walk out of that salon, I feel extremely confident with my new haircut and blowout. Sima never disappoints. She has the biggest heart and the best laugh you will ever hear. Although Cami is not my stylist, she is the sweetest woman and is just an amazing person. I would recommend this salon to anyone. I am always relaxed and happy when I am there. I trust Sima and would let her try any style or cut with my hair.

I have to say, not only is Kami Crocet the sweetest person, she did the BEST blowout I have had in Orange County !! Super excited to have found her !!

I come here for Brazilian waxes with Carie. She is SO amazing. She makes you feel comfortable… and is super quick! Very happy with her services and definitely recommend to anyone needing wax services!

Sima is my stylist at Basin Street Hair she has been doing my haircut, color and high light, I have always got the most amazing styles and looks.
She keeps herself updated all the times to bring the latest styles to her customer. Her focus is to give you the style you want but keeping your hair healthy and never over processed.
I also love the friendly and pleasant atmosphere of the salon, you always feel welcomed. I highly recommend this salon if you are looking for great service.

Don’t book appointment if you are counting on getting your hair done before an important event!
I would give this salon Zero stars but the lowest option is a 1 star. I booked an appointment early afternoon for a Blowout with a Split End Treatment for the following day.
When I called to schedule the I appointment I was told there were openings at 11 am, 12 pm and 1 pm. I booked my appointment for 11 am. Tomorrow is my birthday and I have plans including a short trip already scheduled. Immediately after my booking I received a text with my confirmation time.
Unexpectedly. At 9 pm, I received a text from Cami informing me that there was a scheduling error and that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I found this rude and unprofessional. I feel that she most likely scheduled another service would bring in more money and she had little regards to my situation. I arranged my schedule and time to accommodate for their opening and now I’m in a bad situation since Cami cancelled at 9 pm. It will be impossible for me to find a same day appointment. I rarely give bad reviews but in this case I felt it necessary to warn others about their unprofessional behavior.

Sima has been cutting, coloring, styling my hair for about a decade now. she is a master at color. And she knows how to cut my hair. i have recommended her to friends who also loved her.

Best place in town. They did a lovely splint ends treatment and bike dry and style and most of all treated me like a Princess!!! I love this place and highly recommend it!!!

My second time getting my hair blow dried. Cami is the nicest person ever! She did a great job doing my hair with so much patience! I got a groupon and there was absolutely no difference in excellent customer service with a regular customer! :)

Carie was exceptional at waxing! She makes you feel extremely comfortable and was very knowledgeable. She is experienced and her techniques with breathing made this waxing painless. If it’s your first time don’t be afraid, Carie will take care of you!
Salon is very clean and she never double dips on her wax !

Sima is great! I have very long/​thick hair and getting a haircut usually takes hours. Sima knew exactly what she was doing and what kind of cut would work well with my hair type. I was out of the salon within an hour and definitely looking great! So happy that i found this place, I definitely recommend Sima. Also, all the products they use here are high end, you are really getting a good deal because other salons that use these products often charge much more.
