In the past, brokered real estate transactions in the South Bay beach cities of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa, and Redondo. Over the years I have worked with many home buyer’s property inspectors and read many inspection reports. I have my own favorite Inspector that has handled my personal transactions for years and I’m very loyal to those who do quality work.
I have known Gary for years, when he contracted to do home repairs. Gary was always professional, detail oriented and trustworthy. He’s the type of guy you can really count on.
During a recent transaction, my regular inspector wasn’t available when I needed him. In a bit of a pinch, I phoned Gary and he not only made himself available, he also charged me less than what my other inspector typically charges.
Gary’s report format and pictures were great — detailed, easy to read and understand. The specific property had asbestos ducting in the attic space that Gary identified and the pictures he provided in the report were exactly what was needed to get the situation resolved during escrow.
I will use Gary again and recommend his services because he offers a professional service at a reasonable rate.
