Just had the best chicken salad I’ve ever tasted! I asked to skip the bread and got a nice bed of lettuce with fresh carrots and tomatoes on the side! I’ll be back! The price was right, too!

Super glad that I found this place especially since it is right around the corner from my work. I discovered Jerry’s this week and have ate her twice this week. Very convenient since you can place your order and pay via Unilocal through eat24 and then pick it up immediately. The owner is super nice. Shop is very clean. Great selection of fresh sandwiches and very inexpensive! Plus, the sandwiches are huge and they are very generous with everything. I agree that Subway has NOTHING on Jerry’s!

The old owner is back. Which is great. They make the best Veggie sandwich in all the land… Yes… ALL the land! Only $ 5 and they load your sandwich. Subway has NOTHING on Jerry’s Sandwiches! They are super nice people also. That always helps. Fast, delicious and great customer service equals can’t go wrong!

I’m OBSESSED with their squaw bread! With tuna or turkey on it… it’s heavenly. It’s hard to find good squaw bread too, theirs is always fresh. They have my favorite cheese too. Can’t go wrong with provolone. It’s the most friendly owners and I love the family feel here. You even get free carrots to munch on while you munch on your sandwich.

Great little hole in the wall place for a good sandwich and some soup. I prefer the soup they always have chicken noodle and a vegetable soup the chili is also very good. If you want something quick and home made this is where to go.

Sandwich was good. Squaw bread delish and generous avacado. However the service was awful. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her to do her job… Also cash only(up to $ 20)

For $ 5 you get a huge sandwich! In Newport Beach Money(NBM), that’s like the equivalent of $ 13.58USD. Each sandwich is made with the that special four-letter ingredient that Mom used to add to every school lunch — MAYO! For some reason each sandwich comes with sliced carrots. Don’t get me wrong, I love the carrots, but I feel bad for the Newport Bunnies who will probably end up wearing contacts.

I drive this place everyday I go into work and today was a day where I wanted something quick but not compete with the horrendous parking in other shopping plazas in the area. I split with a coworker the tuna melt and the turkey club. The tuna melt was very creamy which in my case is a good thing. Definitely rich with the mayo and all so I’m glad that I ended up splitting this baby because it started to get more difficult to eat. Add some chips into the sandwich for some much needed crunch. What could make this sandwich better is more veggies. The turkey club was one of the better ones I have had. I felt like I could taste each of the individual ingredients in it. My favorite of the sandwich was hands down the bacon– it was still crispy as can be. For only $ 6 a sandwich, carrying Coke products and an array of chips… I would be surprised if I didn’t come back. I’m curious about that veggie sandwich. Sometimes, keeping it simple is really all you need to do. If you use a card, make sure your transaction is at least $ 20, or expect to cough up 50 cents to use it!

I’ve been here plenty of times and have offered quick Unilocal Tips but I thought it might be about time I give this place a real review. This is a great lunch place for a quick and easy sandwich that tastes homemade. Don’t expect some crazy or elaborate sandwiches like you’d find at some Hooters or other crappy restaurant. Instead, you’ll get some fresh ingredients and a whole lot of them(if you get all the veggies). My personal favorite here is asking for the vegetarian sandwich on sourdough and adding turkey. Sure, it’s pretty much a turkey /avocado with all the veggies, but they’ve missed the sprouts before, so to be safe I just ask for what I see in the picture. Big sandwiches, fresh ingredients, and decently priced($ 5 – 6). Definitely worth checking out.

Very solid neighborhood sandwich shop. Macaroni salad was tasty and prices were reasonable(about $ 6). Lots of breads to choose from and the pastrami was excellent warm.
