John Davis and the team at iMortgage were nothing short of spectacular before, during, and after we decided to use them as our mortgage provider. John is highly knowledgeable and instrumental in helping us secure a great interest rate and speedy processing of our VA Loan. We are finally homeowners after renting for over 14 years! John continues to be responsive to questions that have come up that weren’t necessarily his responsibility to answer but he did so with the same customer service attitude he had BEFORE we went with iMortgage. That, my friends says a lot about a person and a business. We couldn’t be more happy to recommend him.

John was amazing! He made a difficult and scary process easy and enjoyable. He went above an beyond the entire process. From the beginning when we found out my husband had a mixed credit report, John helped us fix it. Then he advised us on how to raise our credit score to get a lower interest rate. He even sent us listings because he knew what we were looking for.
He made informational videos explaining our loan options with break downs including different down payments, and condos with different HOA’s versus homes. The videos were easier to understand than just reading the chart.
We just closed on our first home about 2.5 months ago, i think we closed in about 10 days! After we closed, John has still been contacting us to make sure we know he is always there if we have questions. My husband and I just married and John gave us lawyer advisers to assist with wills, He also recommended life insurance companies per our request. He even called my on my birthday and sang happy birthday on my voicemail. He also sent a housewarming box of cheese and crackers to be delivered to my new job. We purchased our first starter condo with John and he treated us like a high end client.
From start to finish John went above and beyond, I recommend him to everyone and will for sure use him again when we are ready for a bigger home!
