Amazing food for a small café. Workers are super nice and helped with recommending healthy meals. Lots of flavor in their foods. Will stop by again for sure.

I had a hankering for a breakfast burrito but only wanted to do a quick stop so this place was right up my alley. The prices are actually kinda cheap. Just $ 2 for the breakfast tacos.
Our breakfast burritos came out quickly and with all the fixin’s. They don’t do custom egg orders (no egg whites) so just scrambled eggs. Inside my burrito there was eggs, cheese, potatoes, sausage, bacon and red salsa. They also offered a mild green salsa. The burrito was so good at first and then I kept hitting this weird crunch. It was egg shells. Gross. If it wasn’t for that I would have given this place another star. Too bad.

Breakfast quesadilla is enough for two people. Share it at the beach and get your belly full. I enjoyed my first time :)

Don’t tell the customer you are going to get half of an avocado for a dollar extra on their sandwich when you offer a quarter of an avocado… Don’t play the customer especially when they can see over the counter… The layer of avocado on my sandwich is thinner than the cheese. Lame !! Proportions were minimal for the price also. The woman who helped me was less than polite to say the least. could not even tell me the ingredients of the specialty drinks… You know when you can’t get just a banana snoothie because she said it comes as strawberry– banana that you don’t want to order, after all. She then offered me the strawberry banana. I politely declined because if I wanted to drink high fructose corn syrup and ice combined I would get a soda. The frustration is real especially when they have such good reviews– I deff didn’t see what was so special about this place at all.

Stopped in for a breakfast burrito and so happy I did. The ladies were super friendly and the burrito is tasty. I pass this place on my way home from work and will stop in again.

I love the staff and the food. Everything about this place is great. It’s fast and convenient!

Loved the food and the staff here !! I got a steak burrito and it was sooooooo good. A really great hole in the wall place. Definitely would eat here again!

The burritos here are great, however they don’t seem to listen at all when you’re placing you’re order. I’m a vegetarian so I make clear to order slowly and really elaborately. Ordered a burrito to go and I get home and it’s like they’re messing with me. It had so many pieces of different meats inside I couldn’t tell if they even go together. 2^nd time it’s happened here already. Get it together guys, you got a good product there just pay attention to people’s orders. I ended up throwing the thing away.

This place and ALL of the employees are the best! I took my momma here for an early dinner. She got the tuna sandwich with all the veggies… looked at it and said WOW that’s big… I responded with that’s what she said… anyhoo she said it was the best tuna sandwich! We also shared a brownie and she loved it, and she is a BIG chocolate person! If you want great food and beyond excellent service… this is the place!!!

Friendly staff & delicious food … first time here and I was impressed!
My daughter and I split the turkey wrap on sundried tomato tortilla, loaded with veggies … it was flame!
And a piece of the chocolate cake … humongous and absolutely divine! Heaven in my mouth!

Friendly staff, fast service and nice family vibe for the little ones. I had a chicken quesadilla and it was superb and with the market I was able to purchase an alcoholic beverage to enjoy as well

Anisa recently catered a bridal shower that we were both a part of and she did a spectacular job! The food was delicious and presentation was absolutely gorgeous. She made these bacon cheddar jalapeño mini roll things, and after having just one I live for them. I’m considering hiring her just to make a batch of those for me!

Got a small breakfast with my girlfriend and shared a breakfast burrito with her. It was excellent! Perfect balance of ingredients and flavor. The girls working behind the bar were so friendly, and helpful. Not what I expected at a little café built into a market like this. We almost didn’t come in but we’re so happy we did. The patio is great too.
We ordered my girlfriend an ice chai tea with an add shot of espresso. It was too strong for her, she definitely should have gotten a medium not a small so it would dilute a little better. I brought it in and the girls with nothing but cheerful smiles made the drink so much better for her. Adding more milk and vanilla sweetener which made my lady a happy happy girl.

Neighborhood stop for booze, candy, ice cream and delicious coffee. I get their ice coffee black and its strong and tall, just the way I like it. Super sweet staff at the coffee café will always make ya smile.

I had the California Bagel with Avocado… hard to describe it without getting too complicated, so I’ll keep it simple.
Fresh. Delicious. Unique.
It’s a cute little hole in the wall place, but the food and the service were better than anything you’d get at any restaurant within 20 miles from here.
Highly recommend and the staff was awesome

We came here on vacation because the house we were staying at was just a couple blocks away. We ended up getting breakfast, smoothies, bottled water and some shooters. It was nice to have a market close to the beach where we could walk back and forth from throughout the day. They were kind enough to let me charge my phone there as well. The smoothies were delicious and the people who work there were very friendly and also funny! I will definitely be back here when I visit Newport next time.

I’ve been coming here for 20 years for beer, snacks and ice cream. Recently they added a café. It’s out of control good. Killer breakfast burritos and tacos. The service is killer, it’s my new breakfast spot!

Was excited to try the breakfast burritos while heading home to Long Beach after a quick dip in Laguna. This experience started our need to find the best breakfast burrito. This one lacked a lot! My favorite ingredient was probably the salsa.
Cool place, consisting of a nice guy, nice girl, and a snobby girl. Probably won’t return here.

And so began the breakfast dialogue at the Beach Corner Café.
It was November, the summer crowds long gone, we had time to banter. Aziz recommended the breakfast burrito, Giovanna served my coffee and the gluten free vegan pumpkin bar and regular, floury, nutty, delicious banana bread from the case. The burrito docked at the table, a small submarine, it’s payload of jalapenos, tapatio and sriracha served alongside ready to be stowed, depending on diner tastes.
We ate the goodies on the spot. If you love coffee brewed from charred beans, tastes curling the palate and drying the throat, the coffee here is not for you. Mine was smooth, light and very easy to enjoy. Three of us shared the burrito and kept a quarter for later.
The grill isn’t all there is here. It’s a nice old-​fashioned style beach market, a lot of beer, wine and the munchie kinds of staples people buy when renting a place at the beach. Chips, cookies, bread, meats, mustard, mayo, etc. Old fashioned convenience store.
They have Taco Tuesdays! $ 1 each.
We’d all come back.
