After having a not so great experience with a chain pharmacy, I decided to give Lido pharmacy a try. What a welcomed difference. I will definitely be back!

I have been coming to this pharmacy for almost 20 years, and they are so different from the chain drugs. They know your name, they take time with you, and from Mike the pharmacist, who has been there since it started and when he sold to the current owners but he is still working there, the pharmacy is more than a pharmacy it is a genuinely nice place to go because the people are so nice. And I don’t mind that their hours are 9 –6, Mon — Fri. I like them.

My experience not only as a patient but as a prescribing provider has been wonderful. Newport Lido Pharmacist Dr. Gerard and staff have been nothing short of professional and pleasant to work with. Smilles greet you as you walk through the door-​a different vibe than what you get in other pharmacy settings. Patients-​the pharmacy staff will promptly take care of your prescriptions. Providers-​the pharmacists are a great team to work with!

I’m not sure if I went to the same pharmacy as the other person that wrote a review because I have had a very different experience. I have been there quite a bit and never have they switched my meds, charged me too much or been unprofessional. In fact, it has been nothing but a delight to go to this pharmacy. My Rx’s are filled quickly and efficiently and every time I have had an issue with my insurance, they are so helpful with calling them to get it figured out so I can get my medication without delay. I definitely recommend Newport Lido to anyone looking for a pharmacy to call home.
