I love getting their spring rolls(2) as a fresh, quick, easy lunch!

What happened to this place!!! This used to be one of my favorite local spots but this is now my second bad visit in a few months and I am afraid it is going to drop off my rotation list. The line was ridiculous when I came, not thinking much of it, but when the line didn’t move after 5 minutes I looked to the front to see one teenager working the register by herself during the lunch rush and the manager sort of off near the kitchen area doing not much. Ordered(at least the teenager was pleasant and wrote my order down correctly). Sat down and waited. When my food arrived it was oversized for the tiny bowl it was placed in. I asked the server when they changed the presentation and he said that it looked like they put it in the wrong bowl, though he wasn’t sure — shows how little food knowledge the staff has of their own menu. My food spilled over on the table every time I took a bite. I ordered the Asian Chopped Chicken Salad(still love the dressing) but I can’t say this was a salad. It looked like a bowl of yellow bits with very little green. It was pretty much the parts of romaine I throw away after I get past cutting the edible portion. Bland, tasteless(except the dressing), and falling all over the table. There was even something in my salad that was unrecognizable, I think it was a cucumber, but that is not part of the recipe, so couldn’t be sure. I hope the ownership follows up on Unilocal reviews since the management doesn’t seem to care anymore. Sorry Pei Wei on Bison — I don’t think you will be getting another shot from me for a while.

I love this place. I placed a party order with them last week for my sorority, so we had to cater to 60+ girls. The manager made it so easy for me and even gave me a discount. They were very receptive to what I wanted. When I picked it up, they packed everything up nicely and helped me carry the heavy bags to my car. And of course, everyone LOVED the food. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks dudes :)

I literally just got off the phone with the manager of this restaurant. Seriously class act! His attitude and understanding for the missing items in my take order really made up for it. Turned out a call Center takes the orders and can make things complicated. You can tell though every pf changs guest is important to him. Thank you Brandon for making me feel special at your restaurant.

I honestly was pretty disappointed in the bad attitude from the girl who brought our food out. We were a larger group and had a larger order but she made it clear she wasn’t happy we were there. She brought out an extra plate in which we told her we all have our food and it’s extra. She argued with us and made us all feel awkward. Our grandma was with us and asked her for a water and with disgust said fine I’ll get you one. So overall experience after ordering was pretty poor. Ordering was good. Guy was friendly and did a good job taking our big groups order. The food on the other hand is pretty good! With so many people we practically ordered the entire menu! All came out great and everyone seemed to enjoy there meal. Overall experience with a larger group was good but that girl left such a bad experience I couldn’t give it more than a couple stars. That’s for the food! Plenty of tables to push together and nice atmosphere to eat and socialize. Hopefully they give the girl who hands out the food some training.

Standing in line at Pei Wei and they wouldn’t take our order for 5 min because the kitchen was backed up??? What does taking an order have to do with the kitchen, so cook it as you get to the ticket? Let us order and sit down.

Had a quite a few mediocre items here. The pei wei spicy is actually quite good and at a nice price too.

Incredibly mediocre. All of the sauces taste like the kinds you can buy in packets at the grocery store. Reminded me of a TV dinner. Spent $ 30 for three small entrees and a regular Lo Mein with extra veggies. The meal was for two and we had not leftovers. Terrible value considering the portion, stingy vegetable serving size and stale flavors.

What the heck happened to this place?! We used to live across the street from this location and ate here all the time. It was fantastic. This is the 2nd time I have been here since, and I can honestly say, it has really deteriorated. Customer Service at the front was«Weak», dirty tables everywhere, but employees AND managers standing around. Lucky the food was still great or it would have been 1 Star. Hey Corporate, fix this place, please!

Great Asian type food when you’re craving. Very fresh tasting and good portions. It can get a little busy but overall, I love coming here.

I was on hold for 15 min to place my order then was told it would take an hour before I could pick it up. I waited another 15 min to pick up my food. There is nothing fast about this place. On top of that, my order was wrong and the lady who took my order seemed frantic and I could barely understand her. This is the closest pei Wei from where I live but I’ll be looking for an alternative Chinese take out. Management must have changed because I have not had these problems in the past and this has happened twice in one month.

Boooooooo. My husband went to Pei Wei to pick up an order we placed and everything was wrong. The girl who gave him our order wasn’t paying attention because she was chatting, and she forgot the desserts we ordered… and the sauces… and then once he got home I realized we were missing the Lettuce Wrap appetizer! We never called to tell them, we never asked for a refund… we just will never go back.

Food poisoning with the Kung Pao chicken on September 16th. I felt(hurt) the food travel from my stomach through the intestines till it stopped at the end of it’s journey. if you know what I mean… around 3am. For the past 3 weeks I have had a pain at my breastbone, belching and loose stools. I am so pissed off. What the hell was in that stuff? NEVERGOINGBACK.

The person who helped me out last night was nice enough to let me sign up for the rewards program before making me pay, she just moved to the other register to ring up other people. Considering I got food for a group, it really made sense for me so I appreciated that. The food was really good too, except for the hot and sour soup. It was a little off. I recommend the sesame chicken. BTW they don’t serve pork. I didn’t know that so there you go.

I’ve never waited so long for«fast food» we arrived here at 6:07pm tonight didn’t get to order our food until 6:24pm. The cashier was mumbled to us and barely recognized taking our order we have to confirm everything back to him to make sure he was with us. He never once mentioned that there was over a 40 minute wait for food and everyone in the restaurant was complaining. It would have been nice to know there was a back up in the kitchen because we have now missed our 7:00pm movie we already paid for because our food arrived 45 minutes after we ordered it. For the future let your customers know because we would have much rather ate somewhere else because the food also was not tasting well.

Pad thai tastes weird. Thai dynamite was covered with breading and just OK. Sushi rolls mediocre. Don’t like the new menu.

Last time I was here the customer service was excellent. I cherish the outside patio — it overlooks the bluffs and along with the weather is lovely place to eat in general. The food at pei Wei is fairly high quality — certainly a lot better than places like Panda Express. It’s a step above for sure. I love pei Wei

Went there for lunch with office staff. Food was okay & service was actually great. It was a bit crowded, so if you are planning for a fast lunch you should avoid the rush hour. Food cost is pretty reasonable.

Tried the pad thai without egg for vegans. .Noodles sticky, broccoli had a wierd vinegary taste probably rotting. .about as good as I would make at home and that is an insult! Kids honey seared with tofu and veggies same deal with the broccoli.

Looking for a place to eat before heading over to Roger’s Gardens and Pei Wei was on the way. Steak Fried Rice was quite good, but the veggies were too al dente for my taste. Chicken Pad Thai was good, but once again the noodles were too al dente and just a bit too much sauce. All in all the service was quick and the food was good.
