Definitely need a reservation here. Otherwise, they won’t really pay attention to you because they are too busy with their customers with reservations. I came in Sat afternoon to browse through some bridesmaids dresses. Unfortunately, I came prepared with the certain designer, style, and color so I wouldn’t request a lot of attention from the employees who were busy with the brides. But I quickly noticed that none of the employees even looked up when I walked in, didn’t acknowledge my presence, and were way too focused on the bride. I was browsing through for a good 20 minutes and finally, I just needed to ask a quick question because I couldn’t find one of the styles on the rack. I tried to make eye contact with both employees on the floor, but neither would look up or take their eyes off the bride. I was starting to get a bit irritated because even though I didn’t have a reservation, I was only wanting to ask a quick question. Finally, finally, one of the girls asked if I needed help. She kindly helped me find the dress on the rack. But when I asked to try on the few dresses that I had in hand, she said that I wouldn’t be able to until 2 more hours because of the previous reservations! I couldn’t wait 2 hours just to try on a dress. My complaint with this place is that even though I don’t have a reservation, I’m still a customer. And they just lost business with me because they couldn’t try to accommodate one person. What I would have preferred them do, is to kindly ask the bridal party who weren’t really trying on dresses to pause for 10 – 15 minutes while I try on my bridesmaids dresses. I knew that I wasn’t going to have their full attention, but I just wanted to see the dress on me. Just a quick try on and done. But they didn’t think to do that so, I left.

I’ll be honest, the selection here is wonderful, but the service here is horrible. Let me tell you why… The first time I came here, the service was spectacular. I found the perfect bridesmaids dress that all my girls loved. The color was just right and the style was elegant and exquisite in detail. The second time I went inside, which I called to schedule an appointment just to see swatches, but they said I can walk inside at any time, so I did. I did not know that another client had a scheduled appointment at the same time I went in.(I do apologize to the other bride). I only needed to see the swatches which was only less than five minutes… Again, I felt rushed and did not get the service that was necessary, even when I said to them that I was going to place the order soon once I get the sizes. Days and weeks past and guess what? No answer… when she stated that she would. I waited and waited for an email, a message, a call… nothing. Guess what Brittany, due to your unresponsiveness, you just lost a client and everyone who I know. I’m disappointed. Service is so important to me(4 stars for selection and subtract 1 star for service) and that is why they received three stars.
