If I could give 6 Stars I would. Carie is a true professional. She immediately puts you at ease not only with her fantastic bedside manner, but her confidence and skill is as equally assuring. The wax she uses makes a world of difference and her process is quick and honestly the procedure is as pain-​free as waxing can be. I was impressed with the setup of her room she made it cozy but you could see she treats the room as one would a medical office, no clutter, clean and no double dipping of wax. I will be going back for sure.

Located INSIDE Basin Street Hair & Skin Lounge. There are street parking at the front of the salon. Some takes coins and some takes CC, very convenient.
What I love most about Carie is she is sooo accommodating. She is available through texting and response to you very quickly. Her appointment app works well and very easy to navigate. Booking appointment is very efficient and It left me with a very good impression
The wax room is small but charming and clean. Carie made me feel very comfortable. She does the job well and fast. She made sure to take care of my ingrown hairs out and moisturize me with tea tree oil afterwards.
She offer packages, payment plans and really works with me to make sure that I will be able to take care of yourself without breaking the bank :)

Carie first applies hard wax to the bikini and labia-​surrounding area and as its drying, she’ll apply soft wax on the top surface. I’ve never had anybody use soft wax on me for a Brazilian so when I first saw her putting soft wax on me, I semi panicked but since she uses a lot of little strips, I was was pretty painless! And when I say painless, it is literally as painless as it can be because I have a LOW pain tolerance for Brazilians (I’ve only gotten 3 in my whole life!). After she does the top, she’ll go back to the parts where she applied to hard wax since its dry by then and remove hair from that area. I swear to god, the pain level was the same as the parts she applied the soft wax. Afterwards, she’ll tweeze any leftover hair and apply some teatree oil and you”re done! The whole process takes about 30 minutes which is longer than Im used to but its a good thing because it just shows that she’ll take the time to make sure everything is clean ^_​^ SHE IS AMAZING. SO AMAZING I HAD TO WRITE THIS REVIEW FOR Unilocal (NO JOKE).
I really recommend Carie! The studio is inside a salon so its a little confusing but even the room is so cute! She even plays music to relax you! I usually go to the European Wax Center but the treatment I received here is now my new standard for Brazilians. GOGOGO!!!
One Brazilian is $ 55 but she has packages where if you buy more, it can be as low as $ 35 per waxing.
