Beware this place charges as much as $ 60 service fee (which they do not disclose to you as their service fee) to customers who ship using Fedex, UPS & DHL. Their business is based on ripping off new, ignorant customers.
I went to this location to ship a DHL package to Shenzhen China. They entered my package weight (2lb 4oz) and dimension (10×10×3) into their computer which displays $ 161 for DHL and $ 160 for Fedex. After paying them since I was in a hurry, I went back home in the evening and looked up the price from
. It is $ 98 online and $ 115 (estimated) at DHL service location. When I went back and complained, you will not believe their attitude as they says that they have been in here for 10 years (great work ripping off customers for 10 years), and laughs at you for being a newcomer (?). The owner Ienneke Suwito went on to deny that they made $ 60 for 5 min of service of taking our package and said 99% of time
online price is wrong and $ 160 is the right price for our package.
Honesty does not mean anything to these people. I would not drop off at this location even if I prepay online and print shipping label. If they are this kind of dishonest people who just want to rip you off one time and never want any kind of long term relationship, they may very well be opening your package after you leave, and stealing any valuable items inside.
