I’m torn between a 3 and 4 star review, but the lady who did my facial really got to me, so 3 stars it is! Both my mom and I received a gift card over the holidays for this spa — the gift card included both a massage and facial. We finally went to redeem our gift card this weekend. I booked our Saturday appointment about two weeks in advance and we got a 10am appointment time. I’m kicking myself for not getting the names of the people who helped us. But the lady who did my massage was wonderful. She used hot stones, had just the right amount of pressure and she really worked out some of my kinks in my back. I also loved the music she was playing in the room and that the table had heat settings on it. I normally run on hot, but tend to get cold during massages(which is weird) so this was perfect. 5 stars for the massage! My facial was a different story. I’ve had a handful of facials in my life and this one was by far the worst one. I didn’t even feel like I had a facial, it was like she just rubbed cream and moisturizer on my face for an hour. She even left me in the room alone for ten minutes in the middle of my facial while a cream she applied dried. What! I’m used to getting a head and/or hand massage while getting facials, but I didn’t get any of that during this facial. Very disappointed. I honestly don’t even feel like I got a facial to be honest! She also«diagnosed» me with a skin condition and was bashing me for having two pimples. Very unprofessional. 1 star for the facial! The facility seemed decent. I took advantage of the steam room before my facial, which was nice. The lounge was nice and relaxing, with a soothing water feature, water, and tea. Loved it! There also a nail salon and hair salon here as well if your heart desires. There are also showers if you feel you need them post massage and facial. When you use the spa you also get access to be pool area, but I didn’t use it. All in all I feel that this spa was just OK. I’d come back only if I get another gift to come here, but I wouldn’t come on my own! Cheers!

I was 100% disappointed with the customer service. I purchased a deal back in August 2015 and I tried booking an appointment EVERY month and they could never get me in. It got to the point where I even asked for an appointment for 2AND3 months ahead of time & they STILL couldn’t get me in. Coincidentally, when I called a few times they were able to fit me in but once I said I had the travelzoo deal, all of a sudden they couldn’t accommodate me. They’re excuse was that they needed to keep room open for hotel guests. So, I lost $ 99 because I was NEVER able to get in. I feel like they probably scammed more than just me with that so called«deal.»

I came here with a friend and we both left in total bliss! I had a facial with Brandy — she was thorough and knowledgeable. My skin is refreshed and glowing. My massage with Ivan was heavenly — hot towels, hot stones, the works! The facility is very nice although I didn’t have time to take advantage of all the amenities but did enjoy some time at the hotel’s pool which was an added perk!

I’m torn between 3.5 and 4. I’ll break it down. I came in on a $ 99.00 TravelZoo deal. I’m not a deal chaser, but my friend raved about this offer, so I got it. $ 99 for a massage and facial. I arrived early enough to take a steam and stayed long enough to sit by the pool. The massage: My massage therapist was Ivan. He was wonderful, polite, professional and talented. He pulled out all the stops, including hot rocks, a nice scalp massage, and hot towels. It was a 5 star service. The facial: It was meh. My skin was congested after a summer of thick sunscreen. I told the facialist to be aggressive with extractions. I think she poked at three things. That being said, she gave me a wonderful face massage that was very relaxing. I still feel like I need a facial. It was a 3 star service. The facilities: While clean, it was definitely dated. It could use an update. I was looking forward to a nice shower and getting«pretty» after pool time. Most spas have nice products to use after showering. There was nothing here. I mean, there was gym-quality shampoo and conditioner, but that’s it. I’m glad I brought my own stuff. The pool: You can use the pool before and after your services. It was a lovely summer day, so I enjoyed it! I didn’t order any food. I would come back here again and ask for Ivan. The deal is a solid offer!

I love this spa! It’s my second time here. It used to be called Amadeus Spa and now it’s called Spa Sante. It’s on the third of floor of the Fairmont Hotel in Newport Beach. Valet parking is complimentary. The spa is on the third floor of the hotel and you have access to the pool. This spa is luxurious! I got a massage and a facial and both services were amazing. Joanna did a great job relaxing my body and removed the tightness/knots. Bertha did a wonderful job on my facial. She even massaged my neck and arms while waiting for my mask to dry. I love this spa and I can’t wait to go back!

I had been there a few years ago when it was Amedus. I really had a great massage therapist, Brandi, her deep tissue was great. For my facial I has this lovely woman who made my skin feel so smooth. The facilities were the reason it got a 4 star. The rooms could use a touch of TLC and it was cold after my massage. The second lady put the heater on in the room and that helped. They have cookies in the waiting lounge which I liked.

Came here on a Friday evening with a girlfriend and it was just what we needed from a long and busy week. We came in an hour early before our 90 minute Deep tissue massage. Started off in the pool, then Jacuzzi, next was the Steam Room with Eucalytus oils and a shower in the room, then it was off to the massage. Ivan was amazing, he really worked by body. Massaged my whole body, then went over the same areas with hot stones, massaged my face, and lastly my head. Then after, I tool a Hydrotherapy Jacuzzi Bath with some lavendar bath salts and eucalpytus essential oils. Showered after and used their Kai lotion, which smells amazing. The Kai lotion/body butter smells and feels sooo good. It’s a silky soufflé with a moisturizing shea butter base blended with safflower oil, apricot oil, vitamins a, c, & e, aloe and extracts of chamomile, lavender and cucumber. fragranced with the original kai perfume oil, smells like gardenias. Then off we went to dinner. It is a nice, little spa with a great ambiance.
