Never in my life would i ever think id review a management company?! As a owner of two properties that Andelton manages, one in Newport News and one in York County, there is a unquestionable difference of how property owners are treated between the two. Granted the board members are«volunteers», i understand that, however the members at the York County property are active with the homeowners which is great. The one in Newport News not so great. Their form of communication is dis-organized mailings about a violation and before you know it your paying their fines. Completely disorganized! How do i know? I received 4 property owner letters in one envelope sent to me. As well as my letters with different header dates but the same USPS post mark date. Avoid them yes, but depends on the property they manage.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. This company manages an HOA that includes one of our rental properties. This whole company is bull, they make you jumping through flaming hoops, and you have to fax everything in because they don’t use email(it is 2015, get with the program!) I met all of their requests, and paid their fines, which had to be money order or cash. Then they turned around and failed my property again a month later. The whole vicious cycle has begun again

Wish I could give less stars. I’ve been an owner in an association in which Andleton Management manages the property and it’s been an absolute nightmare. This company continues to fine the owners for so many small things and charge you several hundreds of dollars without informing you. Next thing you know, you’ll have a bill to pay an outrageous bill at once or continue to pay $ 10/day.

Overall bad management, just no social skills and rude customer service.
