AWFULCUSTOMERSERVICE! Purchased an item less and realized it wasn’t going to fit my needs. Returned to the store less than 24 hours later and requested a refund. I was told they do not issue refunds, only store credit. I asked if they could order the item I needed and was told it could not be done. Thus, I made a case that if they could not provide the item I need they should refund my money. They refused. True, it says NOREFUNDS on wall, but there is absolutely no reason why I should not be able to return an unopened item I paid cash for less than 24 hours after purchasing. If I had used a credit card, I could understand the surcharge argument, but I paid in cash so this is just bad customer service. In short, I tried to support«the small guy» by going to a local music shop vs. Guitar Center or Musiciansfriend and this is the kind of «customer service» I received. Not only will I not be back, I will be sure to let everyone know the kind of treatment they can expect. Save yourself time, frustration, and money by shopping somewhere they actually value your business.
