Both last year and this year I contacted Marie at Paul’s to make an appt. for some doorknob and mortise lock repairs. Both times I have been extremely impressed by Paul’s expertise (he’s a third generation locksmith!), his amity, humility and his fair and very reasonablr pricing. He has saved me lots of money by suggesting conservative but totally competent fixes for issues in my old house. This guy is one of those rare gems with integrity AND expert service. I just felt I had to sing his praises here. Not to mention when you call there, you don’t get a hurried, stressed out receptionist or a voice mail. You get Marie, who also knows her way around a lock repair!
