Unprofessional, deceptive, and only out to make a buck.
Don’t waste your time trying to rent through them and just hope you don’t try to buy a home they are listing. Experienced both and the company, as a whole, is not worth the rude and dismissive interactions you will have to endure.

I was in contact with a woman named Kim for a couple of months prior to moving there. When I finally arrived we met and everything seemed fine. However, once we agreed to make appointments she never got back to me even after emailing her and leaving a message. My experience was very unprofessional and the one place we did look at was in the one neighborhood I didn’t want to live. She took me a back way there, lucky for me I have a sense of direction. My opinion would be look elsewhere.
