This facility is as good as it gets — it’s clean, well lit, and Leo and the other staff members are professional and courteous. Being able to drive in and stay clear of weather problems is a big plus, 24÷7÷365 access makes managing your units a plus, and there are plenty of places to eat/​grab a coffee within walking distance of the building. Large entry and exit doors make it a piece of cake for large trucks to get in and out.

Thumbs up for honesty to these guys!
My bank made an automatic payment to them after I had moved out, even though I had cancelled the payment. (thanks, Everbank).
Before I even called EZ Storage, they called me, saying they needed to refund me and asking where should they send the check.
The guys at front desk are courteous and reasonable.
The storage was always well lit, a good temperature, with plenty of carts, and several different options from 5×5 to 5×10 to 10×10.
Auto access is easy, drive-​in, drive-​out.
Good hours.
Only reason the rating isn’t five stars was they were a little trigger happy about putting an extra lock on the cube if the rent was a little shy. This would happen whenever the rates were hiked and the automatic payment hadn’t been adjusted yet. A warning sticker would have been nice. But the guys at front desk were pleasant about getting it off… as soon as payment was made.

A real handy location and there are even other retail stores in the complex. Up-​to-​date facilities, easy online payment option. The manager is real nice too. I used them when I lived in Massachusetts for a year temporarily.
