Dunkin’ Donuts

One of the best Dunkins I’ve been to. The staff are very friendly, and get you in and out fast, even first thing in the morning.

Definitely the best DDstore around. Always fast and clean. The staff are always very nice, speak English well and are helpful.

I say: «WORST. PARKING. LOT. EVER.» NO JOKE!!!
SO Dangerous, AND (!!!) it’s on Needham Street. Really Dunkins! You make enough money to add a traffic light there!!! Have fun trying to turn left. (Problem A)
And NO DRIVE THRU, I know there isn’t 1 in Newton (good thing I don’t live there, I would make a big deal of that!), but in my area near Westwood, there are at least 5 on Route 1 with a Drive Thru, thank you very much!
So, NO DRIVE THRU (Problem B) (yet, I just found out that the City of Newton doesn’t allow drive thru restaurants, so isn’t really their fault…)
And since when is it ok to have a parking lot the size of a SHOEBOX! Barely anyone can park, and it is SO disfunctional, and increases the back up on Needham Street. (Problem C)
It should be said that the staff here are courteous and never have gotten my order wrong (but I’ve only been here twice, so can’t be TOO dependable)
Overall, unless you’re going on «off-​hours», and are fine with going inside, DONT EVEN BOTHER.
The closest Drive Thru is at the intersection of the VFW Parkway & Route 109 in West Roxbury /​Dedham. Go to that Dunkin Donuts, at least you will have a drive thru, a un-​dangerous parking lot, and impossible left turns (heck, you can’t even turn left onto the VFW there!)

I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese wrap and they didn’t toast the wrap like the others do. I was already in the car or I would have returned.

I went to this Dunks every so often due to a regular appointment down the street. The staff were always freindly, attentive, and got my order correct every time! This is one Dunks that I highly recommend!

After getting my bagel and coffee, I leave this place every Saturday morning in total awe. I don’t comprehend how a place can possibly be this efficient. My food is usually ready by the time I walk from the cash register to the pickup area. On a slow day, that walk usually takes 6 seconds.

Good coffee and donuts. Try the Big N Toasty. It’s probably 1000+ calories, but not bad.

BEST. DUNKIES. EVER. And the fastest. I’ve been in here pretty much every weekday morning for the last 3 weeks, and even with a line out the door, I’ve never spent more than 5 minutes in this store in the morning.
These ladies (I’ve never seen a man working here…) are a well-​oiled customer service machine. I have my coffee by the time I’ve put my change in my purse, and I have my bagel by the time I get a straw for my coffee. I spend more time getting in and out of the parking lot than I do getting my morning deliciousness. That parking lot is a helluva mess, but whatever, you can’t have everything.

Dunkin’ Donuts is the ubiquitous New England institution. They offer seasonal donuts such as pumpkin in the autumn (but what about apple cider??) The Boston Cream donut is… excellent. Cream-​filled delight. They also offer good breakfast sandwiches.
Dunkin’ Donuts DOES wake up America! – well, at least New England.

I never had such a impeccable experience at DD before!

Very busy in the morning, but they make the line move quickly. I stop here even though it is a bit out of the way instead of stopping at other DDs because people who visit this shop seem to all be focused on getting in and getting out. The staff is happy to help out, and they are constantly calling ‘next in line’ or whatever it is that they call when I am too sleepy to understand.
Only downside is the parking lot. Oof.
