If you are a fan of the farm to table; or if you value hand crafted care and commitment to quality, Ely Farm is the place to go. The steaks are out of this world. Get them seasoned with the house seasoning, you won’t regret it. The pork products including ham, thick cut bacon, pork roll, and the best chops we’ve ever had. The products are all outstanding. Talk about fresh, last time I was in, a customer behind me asked if the beef was fresh. One of the sons pointed to the field outside with Black Angus and said, «we cut these yesterday» Don’t forget some farm fresh eggs; deep deep flavor.

This family run farm has everything from meats to cheese to eggs. I have been a customer for over 15 years. I drive an hour from Collegeville PA about every 8 weeks to stock up on steak — pork roll– ribs — etc. I haven’t bought a steak in a «store» for over 10 yrs. Dwight and the family have a unique flavor to their bacon beef and pork that cannot be matched. Thank you Dwight for keeping local so very good !!!

Great products, even better service. I love their honey bologna, scrapple, pork roll, and the bacon is a «must have» in my freezer. Pork chops and steaks are wonderful when you want a treat. The Washington Crossing cheese just gets better every year. At Easter it is the place for a ham, Thanksgiving Dwight brings in Lancaster County Farm raised Turkeys, oh and do not forget to buy eggs while you are there. Support a local family run farm(yes, Owner, Wife, Sons and Daughters) all work there. Priced right, local and delicious.

Ely’s opened their business to the public, in 1981. They are the seventh generation owning and farming this historic farm, that dates back to the 1700’s. They have won numerous state and nationwide awards including First Place for their boneless ham in the nation!(I still get a whole ham with bone in so I can make my ham pot pie or pea soup afterwards). They farm and sell award winning hams, beef, steaks, poultry, sausages, kielbasa, smoked pork chops, lamb, veal, scrapple, ribs, country style pork roll, slab bacon and recently they have started to make and sell artisan cheeses. Hours are short: Thursday & Friday 9 – 5 and Saturday’s 9 – 2. Call to place your order and it will be ready for you when you arrive.
