I love Nike, but what do I love more? Discounted Nike. This is inside of the Outlet mall in Niagara Falls. It has good prices year round, and constant sales. The best sale is when they have an additional 50% clearance, which is rare but you can catch it probably twice a year. I was just in last week, and they had it. I was able to purchase Nike Pro shorts for $ 7, and if you own these, you know they go for about $ 30−50+. I was able to pick up solid ones, and really cool designed pairs. Mens shorts were $ 5 on clearance… you cannot beat that! You have to look through but you will find good stuff. Store is organized and employees are friendly and helpful.

I love a lot of the things Nike makes, but I do not love when they are full price. I enjoy the outlet because most of the time what you need can be found on sale. This location is always rather crowded, as it is located near the Canadian border. Going through the outlet sneaker section can be a pain in the neck because people are always pushing you out of the way to get to what they want. However, this is not the store’s fault, so I will not penalize them for that. The clearance sneakers usually sort of suck, for lack of a better word. I can always tell why they must be on clearance(they’re hideous). Same goes for a lot of the female sneakers in general at this location. I find the most success looking at sale clothes or any of the other clothing that is available. There are usually running shorts, leggings, sweatpants, or sweatshirts available at reasonable prices for Nike. I do always check here before I’ll buy from Dick’s or anywhere online, but it’s sort of a hit or miss when I come in.

So, the reason I go to the Nike Factory Store rather than anywhere else is this — I know what shoes I’m most comfortable in for walking/running, and the factory store is a good place to go if you don’t mind last year’s version of the shoe. This location, like pretty much anything at this mall, is going to be incredibly busy on the weekends, because this is one of the prime locations for Canadians to cross the border and avoid higher taxes. If you don’t mind crowds, then you should be fine. Service here is actually pretty decent, all things considered. I was looking for Vomeros, which they were out of, but the clerk was happy to point out where the Pegasus were and mentioned the difference(which I already knew, but still, helpful for someone who is browsing.)

Not sure why I’m the first to review this. But ok. It’s new to this mall I think, or perhaps moved to a new location. But it was not on my radar here before. Glad it’s here. Very large. Easy to navigate aisles, which they don’t all have. Well marked areas of the store. All in all I have to say this may be my favorite Nike Outlet store.
