The hostess was very pleasant and gave us a different seat when we asked! The food was delicious! I got the Gorgonzola steak Alfredo and my boyfriend got the tour of Italy. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because our server Matty was a bit unfriendly and gave us the wrong soup. Not a huge deal but I thought it was worth mentioning.

First off restroom trash overflowed no paper towels to dry hands. Breads hard. Tuscana soup no meat, kale common people it’s pretty maid from a bag. Yes I worked 20 years ago as a waiter. This was the worst olive garden I have been to. Big disappointed

Was in here last night and experienced 5 star service from Heather. She was very attentive, knowledgable, and always smiling. The food was brought out promptly and tasted wonderful. She made for a very happy experience! Your #1 in my book Heather!

For an Italian chain restaurant Olive Garden isn’t that bad. All you can eat breadsticks and salad or soup is a genius idea. Their soups taste fresh and salads look crisp, I always leave there full and with lots of leftovers. The bang for the buck is definitely worth coming here. The service is normal to be expected for chain restaurant, but when I leave there I leave happy and content.

The waitress was a bit coo coo. The food was good and tasty but was served luke warm abs should have been at a warmer temp. Got coffe before leaving and the coffee was only luke warm too. Coffee is supposed to be hot. Disappointed in this place.

WORST service I have ever experienced. I have also over heard a random server talk bad about us… Manager(Andrea) does not know how to handle guest issues !

Always have a great dining experience at all Olive Garden locations I’ve been, except for tonight. Worst customer service ever! Totally spoiled our wonderful evening. Never coming back to this location, ever!

When I ate at this olive garden I was absolutely disgusted. First the waitress, who was extremely rude, took over an hour to bring out our food and then questioned why the food was not brought out. It’s your job. Don’t even get me started on the table top games. 2 gosh darn dollars for a ten question trivia game. This is a perfect example on how corporate is taking over the weak minded and how degrading that is. I will never be going to this restaurant again and I want then to go out of business. Not just this restaurant but the entire chain and honestly I think most of the employees don’t deserve to have jobs there. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible prices, revolt and never go here and go to an actual Italian restaurant and not to this horrible pathetic excuse for a top quality fay food Italian restaurant. Drop mic and I’m gone. Peace

Great food and service. I have not been here since they took out the Canadian locations. Got the Tour of Italy which came with Chicken Parmesean, Fettuccine Alfredo and Lasagna. Soup was Chicken with Gnocchi. Great portion and all for $ 17! I love their table drink order off a computerized system that also axts as the terminal to oay your bill. We need those machines here so we dont have to wait for our bill and machine to pay. Next time my visit will not take over 10yrs to return!

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. The food was good, but service was absolutely disgusting. For the first time in the longest time, I felt I was being discriminated and couldn’t say why. The tables around us were getting their bread baskets and salads and even a table that had come in after us, received their food and finished it and we still hadn’t received our food. It is not that my wife or my 8 year daughter are rowdy or anything, I just don’t know why we were not getting served. I complained twice and the waitress in both occasions answered«you gotta wait. That’s what it is». What is the world does that mean when all the tables around us were getting their bread baskets, salads and dinners and we were being told«that’s what it is»? Was it the color of skin? I don’t know. But this is what my wife and I have come to believe since there was absolutely no other reason. But this is the last time, we ever visit Olive Gardens in Niagara Falls, NY across from Walden Galleria.

Good Food, bad service. As a vegetarian, olive garden is my go-to when on the road, especially if I’m not sure. This experience was disappointing. We came in at exactly 9 with no wait, which was good, but our waiter, Joshua, was extremely inattentive. Aside from when he took our order and when he brought something to the table, we weren’t checked on once. Another couple came in at the same time, and they were leaving as we got our food(at 9:55!!!) And one of them got the same thing as my boyfriend(stuffed chicken Marsala, which he thought was OK). We didn’t even get our bread sticks until 9:30. :( Disclaimer: We came on a Sunday night, which also happened to be mother’s day. Normally I don’t eat out on holidays, but we are on vacation and eating out is our only option. I should say that compared to Olive Gardens I have been to, it was not much(if any) busier than normal.

I must say, the service was pretty good here, our waiter was very attentive, also came by to check up on us and bread us fresh garlic bread when he saw our basket empty, I also got an extra beer for free cuz they ran out of 20oz glasses Food was not bad Altho the chicken was a little bit salty but overall their pasta was very rich and cheesy, filled me up, their ravioli was amazing, loved it, got the buy one take one home for free for only $ 12.99…pretty awesome deal, we also got a free sample of red wine when we sat down Great experience, can’t wait to come back

We visited Olive Garden for lunch with our very patient two year old. Our waitress was very attentive for the first half of our meal. Our drinks along with bread sticks with our soup and salad came out quick. The manager on duty was out and about checking how our meal was everything was great. Then things changed we had empty drinks and our food was no where to be found along with our waitress. The manger was still moving around but paid us no attention. It took us 40 minutes to see our food from when our soup and salad was dropped off. The only way we got our meal was I finally caught our waitress and had asked about our meal. Within minutes it showed up the plates were scolding hot. Which shows they’ve been under the heat lamps for a while. We had to ask for a new plate for fear of our child burning him self. I was very displeased with our service. The meal was still good though!!!

We came on Dec 30 at roughly 2pm, and I don’t think this location was prepared for the amount of customers that were here that day. I thought that arriving at 2pm meant that we wouldn’t have to wait, I was wrong. We still waited roughly 10 minutes(although the hostess said roughly 20 minutes) with a lot of other people. Once we were seated, I looked around and realized that they were clearly understaffed because there were at least 10 empty tables in the area that I was in. The food and service was good, I have no complaints here. Waitress was friendly, came in to check on us, food was quick and hot and I just love their chicken and gnocchi soup(although it isn’t as thick as I would have liked). Overall, no issues with the place and probably just came on a bad day, but if staffed properly, I think it would be fine.

It’s the OG. I love the soup salad and breadsticks lunch. The chicken and gnocchi soup in particular. Sometimes when I’m feeling extra naughty, I get the Alfredo dipping sauce for my sticks. It’s amazing. Didn’t today, but maybe next time. This OG was nice. Came here with my mom, aunt, and cousin who were in from Rochester, shopping at the outlets. They love OG. We all had the soup, salad, and breadsticks. We all thought it was delish! Seemed clean, waitress was great, I think her name was Kari. No complaints! And $ 43 for bottomless lunch for 4 is a great deal. I’m sure we will be back at some point.

Surprisingly one of the best Italian Restaurants. Their endless salad and soup gets you hooked on, along with their pasta which is quite delicious. I find all their pastas very cheesy, rich and creamy, and that is probably why they all taste so good! Not a big fan of their cheesy bread as it is not cheesy at all, just doughy and salty. I can’t wait for the next trip to the States for some more of this deliciousness!

As far as chain restaurants go, Olive Garden is pretty good representation of real McItalian food. It’s easy to become addicted to the endless salad and fresh breadsticks. The pasta dishes are definitely good, and surprisingly well executed for a chain. I ordered the Seafood Fettucine, which was loaded with perfectly cooked shrimp and scallops. This was unusual, since I find most restaurants overcook scallops until they are chewy. Also, the quantity of shrimp in the dish was generous. The only part about Olive Garden that I hate is the wait. They do have a «call ahead» program, so next time I will need to remember that, or be cursed with another hour plus wait.

We stopped in here for a late(and I mean LATE) lunch during our ‘over the boarder’ shopping extravaganza. Olive Garden was a favourite of many when it was in Canada but unfortunately, and for reasons unknown, it didn’t make it here. When we walked in, we were told that there would be an approximate 5 — 10 min wait which was surprising considering it was 3pm and the restaurant was nearly empty. When we were finally taken to our table, there was only one other couple in the section we were put in. Perhaps the front of house staff would benefit from some training in organization. We ordered an appetizer trio($ 11.25) consisting of calamari, stuffed mushrooms and fried mozzarella sticks. The calamari was quite chewy but good… I’ve definitely had better. The stuffed mushrooms, although I don’t know what they were stuffed with, were good as well as the fried mozzarella sticks. The dipping sauces that the order came with were also quite tasty. For lunch, they had a selection of dishes that were under 500 calories listed on their menu and from there, I selected the Ravioli di Portobello($ 9.95). This dish was so delicious, I find it very hard to believe it was under 500 calories. The sauce was rich and creamy and the pasta was cooked to perfection. I would definitely order this again. The next time I come to the Falls, I would absolutely cross the boarder to come here for lunch. The meal more than made up for the lack of organization in the front of house and our brash waitress. Food = 4 stars Service = 2 stars
