This isn’t Papa Johns. It’s not Domino’s. Be patient, especially on Tuesdays when their special gets lots of orders. This is a great couple of people making amazing pizza trying to live the dream. Order ahead of time. You won’t be disappointed. It’s really great. Good things come to those who wait.

This review is on the location because we already like the pizza.
After having the actual truck pizzas in the summers we decided to see what the «brick and mortar» was like. They are not really set up to be a restaurant — more take out and delivery. There are random tables and chairs set up and that would be ok in warmer weather. Either they only heat it with the oven or their heating system can’t handle low temps.
Tuesdays (buy one get one) are crazy for them, wait is 45 minutes or more, and right now appears to overwhelm their staff.

First time trying Rolling Oven. We are a movin’ on up in Nichvegas! This place ROCKS! A must try… and we will be back for seconds for sure!!!

A great food truck has now become a great restaurant. They have some of the best pizza in Kentucky and are now located conveniently near downtown Nicholasville. The pizza oven is legit. Hickory wood fired and as a BBQ guy I can respect that! Definitely will be back and can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.
