I love this place! Fast AND delicious! Employees are super cool and don’t judge us for coming here all the time. Chicken BBQ I love you.

Definitely going to this place again. A whole new concept on pizza like chipotle. And to my surprise pizza was amazing. Had a «make your own“pizza and wow it’s amazing. And it’s under 10 dollars!!! It is very fast and quality is great. My new fav pizza.

I’ve been wanting to check Blaze Pizza out since they opened earlier the year. It’s an identical concept as 100 Calorie Pizza & Salads. They have a number of signature pizzas that take the thinking out of eating. All the signature pizzas are $ 7.95 and come with a predesignated set of ingredients. For the same $ 7.95 you can design your own pizza and add as many toppings as you want. There are 4 sauce choices, and roughly 36 toppings to choose from. To me it’s sort of a NOBRAINER. I ordered a pizza with the spicy tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, sausage, bacon. Black olives, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, roasted garlic, red onions, mushrooms & Spinach. Monica helped me create my pizza. She was very helpful with a great sense of humor. Thanks Monica. It was a decent pizza, but it will never be in competition with the big boys like Lou Malnati’s, Pequod’s or the original Uno’s or Due’s. It was good to try their pizza as an inexpensive alternate, but not someplace I’m likely to frequent on a regular basis. There are just too many great pizza places out there in Chicago.

Create your own fire blazed pizza. Don’t mind if I do… It’s like flatbread pizza with lots of topping choices. I of course go for the plain cheese for $ 5! Wow. That’s a bargain. Fresh and yummy! I could easily split this with a friend. Fast and tasty! Place is clean, always packed, beer, friendly people. All good. Try it!

The search for a good pizza joint close to my work is done! This place is awesome! Basically xtra thin pizzas with fresh ingredients and cooked super fast. The selection of toppings is extensive. You can also order online. I would however avoid that during the peak lunch hour as it can get kkrrraazzzyyy busy. shake and bake seal of approval! Hipster infestation level: 2

Great place for quick thin crust gourmet pizza. You can either order one of their pre-made pizzas or build your own. A good variety of fresh ingredients. Pizza has a nice brick oven taste to it since they are cooked with a huge open flame oven. Ordered their BBQ chicken and meat lovers pizzas. The kids kept it simple and ordered a cheese and a sausage. They also loved their stores pie.

This place is a little closer to me than the Old Orchard location and parking can get tricky but I find myself coming here most often. The location by work/Willis tower usually has a line 50 people deep so I try not to go there. This particular Niles location is bright and airy and the staff is friendly and attentive. I understand that Lebron(Cavaliers) is part owner of Blaze and D. Rose(Bulls) partly owns Giordanno’s — both smart moves gentlemen. Maybe Jay Cutler(Bears) can own an Apple Turnover bakery — ha, corny I know. Now as for Blaze, I typically get the Build Your Own pizza because I can get two different sauces(white and spicy red), 4 different cheeses(Ricotta, you just gotta!), 4 different types of meat(applewood bacon — negative reports on bacon be damned!), 10 veggie types(load up because this is where you negate the fattening ingredients) which include whole cloves of garlic — gotta keep those vampires away. But wait, no Arugula? I would minus one star but would the punishment fit the crime? Probably not. The pizza maker told me that since my pizza had so many ingredients, it would not be as crispy, perhaps a little bit wet and that the crust wouldn’t be able to withstand the weight. I told him«that’s the way I like it.» After all, they do have knives and forks. With that said, I was only able to eat 4 of my 6 slices but not to worry, they have take out boxes ready for you. All this for just $ 7.95 and a 3 minute wait and the anticipation of Lebron walking through the front doors — you just can’t beat that.

Seen this place for a while finally gave it a shot. The whole«Chipolte» assembly line fast food idea has taken off. The place is that, or tries to be. You start off with a crust and you add your sauce and whatever and as many toppings you would like. They got a good variety of ingredients. The pizza takes about 3 – 5 mins to cook. Overall for $ 8 the pizza is pretty good considering its a customized pizza.

This reminds me of better Pie Five. They allows you to order a signature pizza or customize your own pizza for the same price and best of all they don’t have a limit to how many free toppings you can add to your pizza pie! they are pretty quick to have your pizza ready and the chicken caesar salad was yummy too! We got: 1)Meat eater-no red onion, added mushroom, black olive, grilled chicken, bacon 2)Bbq chicken-minus bbq sauce, banana pepper, red onion, gorgonzola added artichoke, green pepper, mushroom, tomato, and black olive 3)White sauce, mozzarella, black olives, tomato, mushroom, grilled chicken, ham topped with bbq sauce

I went to this place like 2 weeks ago and I totally forgot to write a review! This place is like a Chipotle. You get to build your own pizza. It’s pretty good. The reason I’m giving a 4 star is that I asked for BBQ sauce on the side when I got pizza and it honestly took them 10 mins for them to give it to me. It wasn’t that busy too. They were asking each other where was the BBQ sauce since I’m guessing it wasn’t where it was suppose to be. Well the time I got the sauce my pizza wasn’t as hot. But the pizza was still good.

fast food pizza! easy. cheap. and quick! i ended up building my own custom pizza for like a little over 8 bucks! there was alot of toppings and sauce to choose from and when u build your own. you can put as much topping on there as u want and the price would not change!!! how awesome is that?! on my pizza i ended up with every meat option they had, a few veggies here and there. and it came out pretty good! also it only takes a few mins to make. so when u are in a hurry and want decent pizza. this is the spot! thin crispy crust. decent size that wont leave u hungry.

This is the Chipotle of pizza and they do it perfectly. Just like a Chipotle or Roti type of venue, you go through the line and select your pizza size, sauce, cheese, and toppings. They fire it up for you and cook it in like 180 seconds or something, and it comes out piping hot and delicious. Plus, it’s pretty cheap! On a moderate appetite, my husband and I can split a $ 8 pizza and be totally satisfied. On a hungrier appetite, $ 16 for getting stuffed on deliciousness(and having a few slices to take home) is not too shabby at all. Ingredients are fresh and there’s a huge variety. The best part about Blaze is it’s one price for the pizza regardless of how many toppings you want. You can ask them for extra anything and they’re happy to pile it on for you. Ok just kidding. That’s the second best part. The first best part about Blaze is that they have a spicy tomato sauce option that is heavenly. To me, this sauce is what differentiates Blaze from other similar concepts like Mod Pizza. To my husband, the fact that they offer goat cheese(Mod does not) is what differentiates them from the others. Whether you like a spicy sauce or you love goat cheese, or both, Blaze caters to all palates. I just wish a few more would pop up in the city(perhaps one in Logan Square?). Kind of defeats the whole quick in-and-out procedure of Blaze when you have to drive 20 minutes to get to one.

I found a pizza that i can eat it whole and not feel like i’m about to burst. Quite hard to find such pizza! I had the white top, and it was perfect! So flavorful and light, yet sustainable and just enough! Going back for sure!

I’m obsessed with this place. Way better than these fast food chain pizzas and frozen ones you get at the super market. One pie is enough to fill you up and if you still have room for more stuff your face with a s’more pie, toasted of course!

Delicious! The crust is super thin and crispy on the edges. The toppings are fresh and TASTY. What’s amazing is that u can add whatever you want: as much as u want and the price doesn’t change. My pizza was $ 8.69.

Seriously? Who really likes«assembly line» pizza in Chicago which is famous for stellar offerings of a much higher caliber? It’s cheap, the crust is flavorless and the key here is to add as many unlimited toppings as you can to make up for this. They scrimp on the cheese even if you ask for extra cheese. I can see them spreading to Malls and out West where there is limited selection available. Great place for teens and college kids on a budget but don’t expect to see them winning any awards. You get what you pay for. I’d rather wait 40 minutes for one of the iconic Chicago pizza restaurants than 180 seconds of foul tasting misery. Thankfully my one and only pizza there was free on opening day because it’s not something I would pay for. Oh, and why is there an apostrophe in «fire’d» Idiots

Thanks Blaze pizza for my 2 free pizza coupons from the owner himself. I’m going tonight for another try! Dinner is served. Guess, not use to the za? It was ok… poor Jasmine getting ordered around(train a little bit more, she was either new or nervous). One minute she’s making pizzas and the next, she is sweeping the floors. Had 6 people standing around and not attended to. One gentleman did, he was the manager and he was making the dough, sine they had run out… which is understandable. Then, the other manger, Caucasian guy with glasses was practically yelling at a guy from another country that he can’t video, but, people can take pictures? At that point, I said you really need to get organized. I ran a family deli for years, slicing lunchmeat, catering and inventory, while training new staff. Good Luck!

Happy for the new lunch choice near work. I’ve been digging on the«Green Stripe» with a few additions(bacon, mushrooms). Hot, fast, good crispy crust, flavorful. Nice minced garlic and oregano/sea salt options. A word of caution: Of the four times I’ve had the Green Stripe pizza, they’ve only managed to make it correctly one time. I’ve gotten green peppers instead of red peppers, double garlic from two different people, red onions when I didn’t ask for any, and no arugula/pesto drizzle at the end. Despite the poor batting average(they are still new), the end results have still been worthy of four stars. If you’re less tolerant about mistakes than I, pay close attention to what’s going on as your pizza goes down the line! Suggestions for staff: 1) Please study up on what’s included(and not included) on your specialty pizzas. 2) Stop yelling«WELCOMETOBLAZEPIZZA!» from across the room like you’re Jimmy John’s. Listening to that on repeat gets really old while eating & trying to have a conversation. Wait five more seconds for the new customer to approach the counter then say it in a normal inside voice. Thank you!

$ 8 for a fresh, personal thin crust pizza with unlimited toppings! In 180 seconds too! What a great idea. No longer do you have to succumb to dried up pizza-by-the-slices that’s been sitting under a heat lamp(Sbarro, you were my first love) or compromise on splitting a pizza with someone with different tastes(anti-veggie people, I’m talking to you!)! Now we can eat together! I had the«green stripe» because I’m a sucker for arugula and pesto on pizza. I told you I love veggies. Divine! My pizza was ready immediately after I paid and went to get utensils & napkins. The concept is great, it’s truly«fast food,» the price is right, and I will be back!

I ended up trying Blaze for the first time when they were offering free pizzas at this location. The place was PACKED and the staff was SUPERFRIENDLY!!! Kudos to them for dealing w/a huge mass of people and with a smile on their faces! Great customer service. I like how you can build your own pizza with as many toppings as you want for a reasonable price! You pick the type of sauce, cheese, meats, and veggies! The amount of choices they have is plentiful! I ordered a pizza w/traditional red sauce, mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, pepperoni, Italian meatball, giardinera, banana peppers, olives, cherry tomatoes, etc. They throw your pizza in a wood burning oven for 180 seconds and done! You really can’t go wrong! I would definitely go back! Thanks for the free pizza!
