If I could give this location zero stars I would! My husband got major attitude from the employee and to make things worse, he messed up our order! It was a simple request… one chicken burrito and one order of chicken tacos. The employee looked at my husband as if he were speaking another language. And of course my burrito came home with no chicken… big surprise there. Chipotle should really think twice before hiring such horrible employees. I would say maybe the guy was just having a bad day but after reading all these other poor reviews I’m not giving him the benefit of the doubt! I would definitely avoid this location all together!!!

This is not a review of Chipotle the company, which I rate 5 stars. This is a review of *this* particular location. Honestly, it’s NOT so horrible as some other reviewers describe it, but also not as pristine and enjoyable as other locations we’ve visited. We dined there tonight, and with 2 families with kids, cleanliness was an issue. It was a challenge to find two tables without crumbs on them that we could put together so the 8 of us could fit. This was an oversight on the part of the staff. In fairness, when I pointed it out and asked for clean-up, I was treated politely and the clean-up happened immediately and became a non-issue. The food is good, and we will come back. This place would get 4 or 5 stars from us if they worked on the ambiance: improved lighting, turn down the loud music, stuff like that.

I honestly can not find one positive thing about the last two Chipotle experiences I have had at this location. First time I went I had uncooked rice in my food. The second time I experience the lack of emotion or care in what they are preparing for me as the customer. The workers here basically hold a straight face smug look the whole time and just process your food down the line. The problem with this is that if they feel they do not want to be there working it is then projected onto me and the negativity just makes me not want to come here anymore. Moving onto the food, I ordered the usual(Brown Rice, Chicken, Mild, Sour Cream, Lettuce). The only issue I could say is that they either have a strict portion control limit or this place lacks in looking in how much they actually give the customer. The last thing I want to feel when eating is the feeling of being ripped off and paying for something I technically didn’t receive. Half scoop of chicken, half scoop of rice and a garnish of lettuce. Just saying that I ate the bowl in less than 5 minutes as it was not enough given for the price that paid. Last note is that lack of people cleaning the tables. When me and my friends went here it was not that packed and some tables were empty. We sat down only to see remaining food(rice) spilled over the table. It was left and we moved on to a different table. The only thing that will fix this place is new guidelines.

Terrible service. The woman making the burrito did not listen to any requests of mine while making it. The staff question every request I made as if it was a different language. They were very disrespectful. The staff laughed at my displeasure in the food prepared. They do not know what CUSTOMERSERVICE is here. Poor poor poor service! Management should change a few things or train their staff better. Does not look like a great establishment. I DONOTRECOMMEND this location. The Touhy and Skokie Blvd locations in Skokie are much better!

Walked into the restaurant that had almost full tables, I was debating if I should take it for here or for a take out; but decided to stay. There was no line, employees looked groomed and clean. Kitchen people made an eye contact and smiled. All other employees that were serving me were very friendly. After dining in one of the high tops, I saw employees cleaning the station, other was restocking the soda station, other was cleaning the tables. After I was done, I decided to get 2 more burritos for a take out, again… outstanding service. Keep up the great work guys!

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Picked up an order. That was messed up. Hot hot sauce on my kids chicken tacos. All toppings wrong. Called spoke to a very rude girl at 3 pm. She had an attitude and was insulting!!! Will never return to this or any other location after talking to less than half a brain girl!

It is a Chipotle Differences between this one and other stores is that occasionally some of the employees jump the gun on sauces before you can say which sauce you want(or none at all). Some employees also don’t wrap a burrito properly.

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to! I am a regular customer of Chipotle, especially the LaGrange location. I know, and love their product. The Niles location was such a disappointment! Poor customer service– really, really poor! The food was left open on the counter while they skipped completing our order to make someone behind us tacos. The steak burritos were ice cold. When we asked that they be replaced, they refused. We left– without our food– it was THAT bad! They were rude, and unprofessional. Will never go there again.

Hands down the worst Chipotle i’ve ever been to. I have given them several chances, and EVERYSINGLETIME I went there to get the steak bowl or burrito, the steak is under cooked. It is absolutely disgusting to eat. Countless times I have felt sick after eating from this location. It is the lowest rated Chipotle of any of the other locations for a reason. Absolutely pathetic that the management team doesn’t pay attention to customer feedback. They need a new management crew and new staff. The workers are constantly joking around while there are customers waiting in line. The chef needs to take his time and not be overwhelmed, as the quality is more important. The customers can wait an extra 2 – 3 minutes. At least they’d have good food. I usually get Chipotle before work so I can tell you that the hours that I show up are around Noon-3PM. Management needs to focus on these particular workers. I don’t mean to point to specific workers as I do know that they are working and trying to make a living, this is moreso pointed towards the management. Moral of this story: Managers, do your job.
